Customer service was very knowledgeable and answered my questions about a factory second knack backpack. When I received my backpack it was perfect. I couldn't figure out why is was factory second. Im excited to use it for my trip to Scotland and Ireland. Thank you for a great product.

Can't stop raving about this bag to anyone who will listen. Great purchase experience, great quality of build and brilliant design. Comfortable, easy to use, and tons of intelligent features. Holds my big laptop (even two of them in a pinch) easily and fits under the seat on the airplane.

The bag I was looking for, but didn't know where to find. Or if it even existed! Compartments are well thought out. Love the optional expansion to a much larger bag. Construction and materials are first-rate; couldn't be happier.

We had a trip planned to fly to New York and purchased the medium size. Once fully expanded, I was really impressed with how well it fit under the airline seat in front of us. With the shoulder straps tucked away, it slid in and out easily, making it convenient to quickly grab our electronic devices and store them again during the flight. Great design, practical, and perfect for travel!

Purchased a bag as a gift for my adult son. It works as a "work-bag" but it can expand significantly to a weekend backpack/bag. My husband was so impressed that he has requested a backpack/bag as well. Highly recommend these products for high-use, on-the-go adults wanting one bag that will serve multiple uses.

White backpack has black panel on the back, which is absolutely not obvious from the website - one photo shows is, others show white panel. Misleading and disappointing.

A well made bag for a long haul trip. Perfect amount of pockets both hidden and exposed. The expandable section is ample without being too big or unmanageable. Comfortable to wear or hold.

I place the order, had a few questions. I called minutes after my order and left a message. Got a call back in less than 5 minutes. I spoke with Racheal on the phone. What a superstar! She reviewed my order, sent a note to the warehouse and really helped me out. She saved the day. Have not received the item yet, but based on the customer service I'm sure the quality is just as good!

This will be my second Knack bag. I love my bag! Will seriously have a hard time saying goodbye to my gray one that has been with me almost every day for 7+ years. But it is time for a new one. Also, excellent customer service when I reached in August with a question.
