Great purchase - Series 2: Medium Expandable Knack Pack
Purchased the Series 2: Medium Expandable Knack Pack and it’s absolutely brilliant, perfect bag for both everyday use and light travel. I’ve been using it for a few months now, I’ve got no concerns regarding longevity or quality and it looks great too. So many different storage compartments and the dedicated laptop storage is very secure. I’m bad for just throwing my bag wherever, but no damage to my MacBook at all (or the knack pack either). The removable expandable option is fantastic for when you need to carry more (or less) than normal and was my main incentive when choosing this bag. I can easily fit a couple of outfits, personal items and my work gear in the bag when expanded.
I’m very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend.
A shoutout also to ‘Rachel’ from the Customer Service team & to the Warehouse Team for including a Happy Birthday note for my partner (created by Rachel, printed and placed by the Warehouse Team) upon learning this parcel was a birthday present, and ensuring it got to us overnight after a last minute order as we were due to travel out the next day. Amazing customer service and so thoughtful! They were so easy to communicate with, fast responses and great service. Rachel - if you see this - your warehouse team DID have a colour printer! :)

The Knack Backpack for the WIN!
The Knack backpack surprised me because I’m not a backpack person. I love this backpack for a day trip or a quick staycation! I packed an outfit, p-jays and toiletries which was incredible since the backpack is extendible! Highly recommended

Great customer service. Resolves issues quickly. Love the fact that there is no return/exchange shipping charges. Not a big fan of “Shop” but Knack offers other forms of payment and tracking. A very refreshing and enjoyable experience. Thank you Rachael!

Awesome bag
Awesome bag. As a referee this back works great for me. A separate compartment for shoes and uniform is helpful. Keeps pants and shirt secure so they don’t get wrinkled.

I love the small expandable knack bag
I love the small expandable knack bag. I use it as my personal item along with a carry on bag and never need to check bags anymore. It can fit at least 3 days of clothes and medicines in the expandable section and the other section is also good at keeping you organized with pockets and room for a laptop.
