King of Clean DC Reviews

I scheduled a deep clean. The cleaning woman was 2 hours late, did not bring her own supplies, and used mine. I wish that was all... The service took over 3 hours and by the end I saw her tucking some items under her shirt. I grew concerned, went over to her bag and saw my clothes in the cleaning woman's bags!! I was shocked. She said she didn't know how they got there. Repeatedly I asked if I could see inside her bags, and she refused and got more aggressive. I told her to leave. I do not trust this company and neither should you.

I recently hired King of Clean DC for a kitchen cleaning, and the experience was very positive. The cleaners arrived on time and worked carefully, making sure every area of the kitchen was cleaned thoroughly. Surfaces, appliances, and corners all looked noticeably better afterward. The communication before and during the service was clear and professional, which made the whole process easy.

Overall, the service met my expectations, and I’m satisfied with the results. I would use them again in the future.

I had reached out for cleaning service months ago, never received a reply and never received any services, then randomly my credit card was charged $128. I’ve contacted King of Clean DC several times with no response, the only response I got for them was an email asking for a review… not sure if it’s a technical glitch or a scam but would advice against this business.

Great customer service and attention to detail.

I am always happy of my cleaning with king of clean!

Very responsive and thorough.

King of Clean has been our cleaner for our Airbnb for the last two years. They have consistently provided excellent cleaning services with keen attention to detail. They are very responsive to feedback and always looking for ways to improve. I highly recommend King of Clean DC.

Great work and affordable prices.

Rodney and his team are thorough with their cleaning. It is pristine and hotel level cleaning while remaining professional working in individuals private homes.

Have been using this cleaner for about 6 months as a backup. Every cleaning had an issue that generally revolves around not completing the cleaning checklist. Everytime I brought it to the management’s attention I was assured it would get better, but every time there was an issue, usually repeating. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after so many times with the same issues, it just wasn’t worth the headache.

Rodney runs a great cleaning and STR management service. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
