I have been using this company for over a year. They are punctual. They bring all the supplies that are needed or will use yours if you have allergies. She was very thorough, polite and trustworthy. She did everything that she was asked to do and went above and beyond. Your house is clean and sanitized and feels good by the time they leave.

Absolute Scam – Avoid Pro Housekeepers at All Costs
I booked a cleaning with Pro Housekeepers, and they never showed up. No phone call, no email, no text—nothing. I tried calling them multiple times and got no response. To make things worse, their system fraudulently charged me for a service that never happened and even had the nerve to send me an automated request for a review afterward.
I sent multiple emails asking for a reversal of the charges. No one replied. In the end, I had to cancel my payment method with the bank just to stop the charge. That’s not just bad business—that’s theft.
This company is a scam. Do not trust them with your time, your money, or your personal information. There are plenty of legitimate cleaning services out there—Pro Housekeepers is not one of them.
