Rolan , the customer service representative provided excellent service. He responded to my concern quickly and efficiently. He was easy to deal with and resolved the matter in a satisfactory matter. He closed the loop by communicating with the King Living location closest to me and they followed up with a call. Now I am waiting for the replacement items which Rolan authorized. I love the sofa. There was an issue upon delivery, but Yolyn and Sergey from King Living were able to fix the problem and their attention to customer service was top-notch. Highly Recommend.

Outdoor furniture
I recently bought an outdoor couch, chairs and tables from King Living. Ordering went great in store. Order came early. Deliver was well communicated and went smooth. We had an item missing from the order, the base for the square table. The delivery guy said it wasn’t on the order. I followed up with King via email. Rolan was on it right away, got it all sorted out - he was helpful, came up with solutions quickly and was so understanding of my disappointment. I’ll continue to shop at King because they fixed the mistake professionally and quickly.

We purchased all of our furniture through the Toronto store and had it shipped to Vernon through Vancouver and it went extremely well.
All the staff from showroom to delivery staff was fantastic.
