Rolan , the customer service representative provided excellent service. He responded to my concern quickly and efficiently. He was easy to deal with and resolved the matter in a satisfactory matter. He closed the loop by communicating with the King Living location closest to me and they followed up with a call. Now I am waiting for the replacement items which Rolan authorized. Thank you Rolan for excellent service.
