Cannot be happier!
Ever since we first ordered Transformer Tables for our home, we have had nothing but stellar customer service whenever we encounter a rare issue with the product. I have been working with Boudah in the warranty department several times now and I cannot say enough how helpful and patient he has been. I am very pleased with Transformer Table as a company and they standby their products. We love our tables and so glad they have a solid warranty department.

We received our Transformer Table and bench yesterday, and our first impression was very positive. The furniture is beautiful, extremely heavy, and feels exceptionally well-built and sturdy. The packaging was impressive, and I especially appreciated the small box that included the catalog and gift card—it was a thoughtful touch that made the unboxing experience feel a little more special.
Unfortunately, it appears that something happened during shipping. The outer box had been damaged, and whatever caused the damage went through the Styrofoam packaging and left a noticeable mark on one of the bench legs.
Thankfully, this is where Transformer really impressed me. There was a customer service phone number included in the packaging, and I have to admit I usually dread calling customer service because it often turns into a long, frustrating process. This was the exact opposite. I was connected to a real person almost immediately. My representative, Chantelle, was friendly, professional, and clearly explained exactly what was needed to process a replacement.
Within minutes, I received an email outlining the simple steps to submit photos, and just a few hours later I had confirmation that a replacement bench had already been ordered and should arrive within 2–3 weeks.
While it's unfortunate that the bench was damaged in transit, the path to resolution honestly couldn't have been easier. I really appreciated that Transformer respected my time and made the process quick, efficient, and stress-free. Mistakes and shipping damage can happen with any large piece of furniture, but great customer service is what makes the difference. Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend Transformer Furniture.

I absolutely love my Nova Transformer Table! It is incredibly sturdy, well-built, and looks even better in person. The design is beautiful and it has become a standout piece in my space.
Assembly was a little challenging and took some patience, but it was definitely worth the effort. Once put together, the quality and functionality really shine.
The customer service team was also fantastic (Marcela) — quick to respond, efficient, and very helpful throughout the process.

Revised Review: I purchased this table!
We live in a small space and have very large gatherings on a regular basis. I purchased a table in late June. The delivery was a bit more complex than I had anticipated. With a fair amount of intervention with the Support Team the Table arrived today. I'm super happy with the Table and would highly recommend this product to anyone who lives in a small space and doesn't want to have to set up multiple card tables at every gathering. I would also encourage everyone to contact support upon ordering to talk through the logistics so you have the right expectations. It's worth the few extra steps!
