This store is an absolute scam
This store is an absolute scam! I received a dress that looked nothing like the pictures and fit horribly. The company refuses to send me a return address for Germany and keeps offering partial refunds… horrible customer service and quality.
Edit: I finally got a return label at the cost of 16 USD after 3 days of refusing to accept partial refunds. I cannot recommend this company. Order number: JV20125191.
You delay so much with your response times and the fact that you keep offering partial refunds instead of just sending the return label as requested. And therefore also reduce the amount of time the customer has to send the item back on time. No professional business reacts like this upon a return request.

You contacted us on August 27 requesting a return, and we initially offered alternative solutions of a partial refund or a free replacement, which are options we sometimes provide to help customers avoid the time and expense of an international return.
When you confirmed that you preferred to return the item, we proceeded with the return arrangement. On August 28, we confirmed that we could provide a return label for a $16 shipping fee, and on August 29 you confirmed that you wished to proceed. The return label was subsequently provided to you.
We understand, however, that you were unhappy with the time spent discussing the available options, and we are sorry that this process caused frustration.
As an additional effort to resolve the matter, we have now offered to refund 60% of your order in advance, waive the $16 return-label fee, and refund the remaining 40% once the returned item is received by our warehouse.
We hope this provides a more convenient resolution and allows the matter to be completed with a full refund without you having to bear the return-label cost.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue assisting you until the return and refund are fully completed.

I ordered a dress and unfortunately ordered one size too small because I clearly thought I was thinner than I actually am 😂. To make things even more complicated, I was already abroad when the dress arrived, so I couldn’t try it on. Almost three weeks later, I finally tried it and realized it was too small.
I contacted the team, and Sofia and the whole team were absolutely amazing! They handled everything immediately and sent me the correct size without any hassle. The new dress fits me perfectly — it’s beautifully made, the material is lovely, and there’s no unpleasant smell at all. It just needs a little ironing, but otherwise it’s absolutely perfect. ❤️

I made an order on 4th of August. Processing time takes 24hrs, and shipping 6-15 days which means maximum 17 August.
The dress turned out to be out of stock, only after I emailed them (because website does not updates) and today is 18th, they tell me I need to wait 8-13 more business days to receive it, not even just days. Which is incredibly annoying. I do not recommend it

I had a really positive experience ordering from JardinVue! My delivery was super fast, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the dress — it looked beautiful and felt very well made.
I actually made a mistake when placing my order and entered the wrong delivery address. I reached out to their customer service in a bit of a panic, and they responded very quickly and managed to resolve the issue for me without any hassle.

Ordered a dress for my granddaughter but it didn’t fit. Return policy looks straightforward but when you request a return & refund, then comes the partial refund offers or you can pay to cover a return to POLAND which from the U.K. is £15+.
My advice where a company looks a little too good to be true is to contact them to ask where returns have to be sent.
Beware, these unscrupulous companies are everywhere these days!

amazing customer service and exchange experience
I had ordered before and knew the quality and fabric were great and had a good experience. My second time ordering, the dress didn’t fit me right so I reached out for an exchange. Customer service was fast and they went above and beyond to make sure I found a replacement dress that worked for me. So happy with the dress I just received in the mail. I don't how how this company operates
I don't how how this company operates , they failed to deliver my purchase and I've had no communication at all that there were issues with the delivery. I had to enquire with customer service after 10 days from my purchase since I had no news about the shipment. Now I'm being told that the refund cannot be processed, for an unclear reason that returns go to a warehouse, not the company, and that I need to have it redelivered instead if I want to return it. The re delivery may take up to 60 days. Which is way too long for me! I'm stuck speaking a customer service rep who doesn't seem to read my emails and offers the same response like a broken record, with 24h lag every time.
I just want my money back

Ok, ive read a lot of bad reviews about this website, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I love the fact that i finally found a shop with more conservative and beautiful options for me, and younger gorgeous dresses for my daughter. My daughter’s graduation dress was AMAZING, and my dress for her prom was soo elegant and classy that i felt like a diva 😂. Also, i have lupus, so most of my shopping is done online. I am very disappointed with JardinVue.
I purchased two dresses for $213.90, but I never received them. After I placed my order, I was told by email that the dresses were out of stock. I requested a refund, but as of today, I have not received my money back.
I have no dresses and no refund.
Customer service takes about 48 hours to respond to each email, making the process extremely frustrating. Every time I select replacement dresses, I receive another email saying those dresses are also out of stock.
I am tired of the endless emails and broken promises. At this point, I have lost confidence that I will receive either my order or my refund.
I would not recommend shopping with this company based on my experience.
