Dont order the custom sizes, order your actual dress size!!
Me and my sister also my sister friend ordered the chiffon scoop neckline dresses from here, dress its self is lovely, good material,
We all sent in custom sizes as this is free to do and all dresses came far to big, maybe if one was big then could put it down to a mistake but all 3 being wrong thats not good, so I had to then go and pay more money to have my dress altered, I approached the company and told them the issue and was told they sent the dress to my size and basically wouldn't do anything about it, they do not refund for custom made, I do understand that, I asked for maybe a partial refund as I had to now get it altered and I was offered £8!! Absolutely shocking, my sister and her friend have had theirs altered too at extra cost, what is the point in offering custom sizes if you do not do it properly, 1 star for this as the customer services where not very forthcoming,
I do stress the dress is well made and nice material, I did put a review on their page directly but they have no published it, obviously dont want bad reviews, shame as I would of bought from here again but I wont in future,

This is not a British company you…
This is not a British company you return your item to china and it's a scam .. the dress was not like the picture it was heavy bulky and a very bad fit . I returned the item at a cost of 32 euro on the 12th of June .. now they want money for tax . I am going to report them to the Chinese authorities as soon as I can get my friend to fill out the form as it is in Chinese.. avoid this company .. jokers !

Ordering swatches of Fabric is a Real Plus
Ease of use of the website, seeing the dresses on actual customers, and the ability to order swatches are really helpful. Three free swatches are available. I ordered four but the cost was minimal.

Absolutely beautiful dress!!!!!!! Things to KNOW when you order from this company:
1. Order a size up. I wear 10-12. I ordered 12. Too small!!!!
2. Measure, Measure, Measure! Then still order a size larger than usual.
#. Returns will have to be mailed by you to China. That cost 3 times the cost of the dress. If you order you will have to keep it, donate it or resell yourself.
Again, Beautiful dress, fabulously made, YOU ORDER YOU KEEP!

Customer service was terrible
Customer service was impossible to reach and when they do respond it is once a day. We are going in loops I ask for them to cancel the order like 2 days after I ordered that is still processing. I wanted to order a different dress on their site. It's been a week and we just keep going in circles. It's almost like they are waiting for the window to close so I can't cancel it. So I guess im stuck with two wedding dresses. I have never dealt with such frustrating customer service.

The site is very easy to order from. I received things from them before, and everything comes as stated and packaged very nicely. Not a big fan of their return policy so you need to make sure that what you want is really what you want.

Sorting is great
I like being able to sort styles by a variety of ways. In newer styles where all the colors may not show in the options, the sort allows you to look at other styles of the same material and imagine it on the dress of your choosing. Being a senior, being able to use the custom option may save me from an ill fit when it arrives.
