AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If there was a choice for 0 stars I would give that!! I ordered a dress from here that cost over £200 when it arrived it was nothing like the picture, some sequins came off, the material was frayed and very very cheap made! It states on their website returns only if goods are damaged and mine was. They took weeks to respond and when they did offered me £26 to keep the dress. I told them absolutely not!I wanted a prepaid label to send back and a full refund but they told me I had to pay returns and customs charges! I am now left out of pocket over £200 with a dress that isn't wearable! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They delivered a dress that was tight…
They delivered a dress that was tight and worse still the dress was made of different fabric patterns...the fron and back do not resemble at all...which is totally off unlike what they have displayed on their website.
Before delivery, I could chat easily with them. Now the chat window on my side is disabled, I can only send emails which they will not respond. I am following up legally as this is akin to fraud and theft. People must havw integrity to deliver what they display. I REGRET engaging with this website and I recommend clients to stay away from them completely. There are many other recommendable online shops like JJ house, Chi Chi London... who are excellent even in after sales service...heck, even Temu are better!!!

I ordered a custom wedding dress and…
I ordered a custom wedding dress and what I received is completely unwearable. The underskirt has a noticeable blue tint that shows through the entire gown, leaving it looking stained and nothing like what I paid for. The issue is unfixable, and I was only offered £40 for alterations — which doesn’t even begin to cover the cost of repairing a mistake of this scale.
I emailed immediately to explain that this was unacceptable, especially with my wedding next month, and I have received no reply at all. I now have no dress, no time to replace it, and no money left to buy another. This experience has caused me huge stress and upset at what should be an exciting time.
As I have been ignored and left with a faulty, unusable dress, I now have no other option but to write to Trading Standards to report this company.
I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this business.
