I purchased one in April and unfortunetly got destroyed by the weather and i didn't have a protection plan on it.But we were saving up for the same one and all my 3 kids enjoy using it!We bought another one with the protection plan this time, made sure to anchor it and we are loving it so far!

We spent alot of time going through different kinds of trampolines but came back to Jumpzylla because the price was right at a nice discount during the summer, we couldn't go wrong. Safety was the priority for us. The kids have been enjoying it so far so we'll see how it goes.
Would absolutely buy again
Great product. Kids use it literally everyday including winter in central PA. It held up surprisingly well the weather and usage.
Plus, they actually honored the warranty and sent replacement parts. Then when I said I also needed another part, they just sent it again. Very simple.
After the warranty expired, they even sell parts at a pretty reasonable price with free shipping. I was worried after a few years I’d have to replace the whole thing, instead I can do minor maintenance as needed and the trampoline stays good as new.

The trampoline came with all the right parts and tools and easy to follow instructions. The curved net poles are a better design than straight poles. The only complaint is that the U stakes are too lightweight to hold down the trampoline in windy areas.
Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble, made well, sturdy and safe. Great delivery nothing was broken.
The kids love it!
Trampoline is well made
Trampoline was as advertised. Very well made and easy to assemble. Fast shipping.
Just as it says it is :)
This company not only was top reviewed and most reliable, it exceeded its expectations when it got delivered. Everything was in the box perfectly organized, easy assembly, no missing products, even came with irreversible colors for over the springs. This product was exactly what it said it was online and most affordable compared to products that break within a week of getting them. This product is now going to be the highlight of our summer! thank you! Also made a perfect gift for my family and they are beyond thrilled!
We bought the trampoline in March
We bought the trampoline in March. Within two weeks, the pad was torn. I emailed and was told a replacement would be sent in 1-3 weeks. After a month, I emailed for an update and was told it would be coming soon. I emailed after another month and was told it was delayed because they “have such high quality control.” It’s now the end of August and we still don’t have a new pad. They continue to play the “oh so sorry.” Lines and we STILL have a torn and raggedy looking trampoline.
Delivered on time
Delivered on time, and easy to put together with two people. My kids love their purple trampoline.
The trampoline was easy to assemble
The trampoline was easy to assemble, and appears to well-built. The entire process from ordering to assembling was good.
Good customer service
The trampoline is sturdy and fairly easy to put together. There was a problem with my original order, but Jumpzylla sent me a replacement right away. My daughter loves it!
The poles came completely warped
The poles came completely warped. Each pole is a different shape, it was impossible to connect the netting. Took hours, back breaking. Each

Not only do the kids LOVE the trampoline, the sales process and delivery updates were seamless. The product is well constructed and was easy to put together.

I compared a lot of trampolines before settling on Jumpzylla. I like the safety net feature, the curved poles around it, and the affordability. It was easy to assemble and is of quality material. It’s been a year and a half— it’s held up and the kids just love it. We did purchase the additional coils to screw it into the ground since we’re in the Midwest and no stranger to high winds and tornadoes. It’s stayed put great!
We LOVE jumpzylla
First off the trampoline is exceptionally well made, and very easy to put together. Now let’s fast-forward to the customer service…. I bought my trampoline last spring. By the middle of summer, the cover was already faded so I contacted jumpzlla and explained what was going on that I had only had the trampoline for a few months in the cover did not look a couple months old. It looked years old. Immediately sent me a new one. I didn’t put the new one on my trampoline till the following summer, this summer open the box so only half of a cover was in there. Contacted them again and they sent me a completely new cover. Didn’t give me the runaround just simply took care of my order. For that reason alone, I will order all of my trampolines from them. They are a wonderful business that loves their customers.
Bought it Again
We originally purchased a 14-foot Jumpzylla trampoline about two years ago, and it quickly became the neighborhood favorite. Our kids and so many of the neighborhood children have spent countless hours on it, and we’ve always felt it was a safe, well-built trampoline. After seeing kids come home with bruises from another trampoline, it reminded us how much we appreciated the design and quality of ours.
When our original trampoline was damaged in a storm, Jumpzylla’s customer service was incredibly helpful. They worked with us, stood behind their product, and made the replacement process seamless. We ultimately decided to upgrade to the 16-foot model so there would be even more room for all the kids to enjoy it.
We’re very happy with our experience and appreciate that Jumpzylla values both safety and customer satisfaction. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly supports its customers.
The trampoline is very fun
The trampoline is very fun. The only negatives are the ladder was hard to assemble and didn't really work. And the cover is already starting to tear
We are very happy with this trampoline
We are very happy with this trampoline! Easy to put together and looks nice on our property. The quality has been excellent. Our kids are using it daily!
