Very Disappointed With Juiced Bikes

I’m extremely disappointed with both the Juiced Scrambler we purchased and the way the warranty process has been handled. We have only owned this bike for about two weeks, which makes everything we’ve dealt with even more frustrating.

We bought this bike for my 13-year-old son. He rides it normally and we’ve already had multiple problems with it. It arrived with a damaged seat, missing hardware, issues with the kickstand and other cosmetic damage. Now we have a much bigger issue. The bike is overheating while he rides it. The display literally says “HOT,” the throttle stops working, and he either has to pedal the bike or stop and let it cool down before it will work again.

Juiced has agreed to send us a new controller, but I’m pretty frustrated that their solution is for us to start replacing parts on a bike we’ve owned for two weeks. A brand new bike shouldn’t already need this kind of repair. At this point I asked them to replace the bike because I’ve lost confidence in it, especially considering my 13-year-old son is the one riding it. They refused and said the controller is a normal warranty repair.

We are also still waiting on the replacement seat and hardware from the previous issues, and I still don’t feel like we have a clear timeline for when everything is actually going to be resolved.

This whole experience has been one email after another, waiting for parts, troubleshooting problems and now having to replace a controller. I didn’t buy a brand new bike so I could spend the first few weeks owning it dealing with warranty claims and replacing parts.

At this point I’m extremely disappointed. For a bike that we’ve only owned for two weeks, this is unacceptable. I expected much better quality from the bike and much better support from Juiced when it became obvious we were having multiple problems.

Hopefully they eventually make this right. If they do, I’ll update my review. Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Juiced Bikes.

arrived in under a week and the bike feels like a super 73 but a quarter of the price. 100% would buy again.

Had a warranty issue and it was solved in a matter of minutes! Thank you for an easy solution and fast solution!

Easy smooth and great

The bike delivers power comfortably, can pull a wheelie, looks cool, and is the best value on the market. High-end E bike quality at low middle price point. We bought four.

The throttle and motor malfunctioned on my son’s bike within a week of receiving it. They agreed to send the parts and said we would have them in about a week. It has now been two weeks and the parts still have not shipped.

There was an issue with the bike free wheel that they promptly addressed and resolved. Service after the sale is a huge factor and they stepped up. Very nice unit, would recommend.

Ordered the brand new Juiced Scrambler hardtail on 8/15/26, got it on 8/24/26 with all the freebies that it came with & free shipping. Gave me plenty of time to get the safety gear needed to ride. 10/10 best e-bike around. Juiced made a huge comeback, with the smoothest, cleanest bike available thats 100% street legal and made extremely well. Cant wait to see what else they release!

So good, so juicy

I received the Scrambler with several problems right out of the box: the headlight, controller, and brakes do not work. This has been a complete waste of time and money.

I contacted Juiced for help, but they take days to respond and have not offered a solution. They simply keep asking me to troubleshoot a brand-new product. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Had some problems with the bikes and they made the replacement of the parts easy and fast to get,thanks guys

Bike stopped working after 130miles or so. But Juiced customer service was very quick easy and overall amazing This is probably the best purchase I've made on a bike so far.

Customer service is the best always answering questions or concerns I would 100% recommend juiced bikes the best in its class forsure has exceeded expectations for the price range compared to the other ones and still street legal warranty department is top notch always assisting with broken/damaged parts you just have to email them and wait about a day for a response quick and easy.

Like the bike, but have missing a star due to never receiving the name plate. Removed another star due to the throttle clamp being loose and not able to be tightened; Had to make a shim to get it to tightened correctly.

This is a fun bike,looks good and the battery goes for a good while. However be warned that some parts are lower quality than expected. My throttle came snapped in half but thankfully i was sent a new one, though the new part was different than what it replaced and harder to install than original. At less than 100 miles on the bike i have worn the grips entirely smooth, and they leave my hands black whenever i grab them. In the same time the motor controller has been in an overhead condition four (4) times, this being during use with what i'd call an average amount of hills and weather 80f and below, the last time was yesterday when it went into an overheat condition on me on a 69f day, the area it is housed in has no place for air to be vented out at all. air can get in but not out. also, the motor itself is LOUD. the thing sounds like a beat up old lime bike.
