Helpful customer service, minor issues
I ordered a bike and was given a 10 business day delivery estimate. A month went by without updates. When i called customer service, they were incredibly helpful but they informed me that the bike i ordered wasnt released yet. Apparently they were only taking pre-order. I would never have picked it if that had been disclosed before checkout. Customer service offered to swap my order with a similar model. It wasnt exactly what I needed but the delivery was almost immediate! very grateful that they were so helpful and that they even called me back when my call dropped so i didnt need to spend another hour on hold. The bike arrived in flawless condition except for one screw, which was completely stripped and could not be removed to install the front wheel guard. I have no idea how to get the part installed since theres no way to access it...

The bike came pretty much ready to go. It was easy to assemble and I started riding it right away. It also arrived earlier than expected.

I didn't see anywhere when I was ordering. And I would have to put the bike together. I'm not, I quipped to do that. Number two in all the videos that I saw the handles or attached to the bike frame. In my box, the handles were not attached to the frame, and the paint was great on the bottom of the handles. I paid $1800 to put. I bite together that I can't. And is sitting in my living room, unassembled, I never would have bought it if I knew it had to be put together

Great bike received in early June
Great bike received in early June. I have put 700 miles on it not bad for a handicapped 79 1/2 year old. Love the added power on the high hills I think every active senior should have an XP 4 step through. Really excellent bike worth every dollar. THANKS Michael

The customer service is stellar
The customer service is stellar. A front lamp hinge part wasn’t delivered for which I had to sacrifice half a Sunday and $20.
Lectric gave me a $50 credit towards a light I needed along with free shipping if the part.
The bike needs the following updates.
1) The front light MUST, MUST be connected to the wheel and no the basket. When the bike turns at night, the wheel points in the direction of the turn whilst the basket and the light still points straight. Flatten the light fixture or raise the basket. Save money on the extra wire and hinge and make life easier for the end users.
2) Add Blue tooth and an electric lockout with an app. This bike may get stolen in nyc so we need to have an app that can e-lock it and track.
3) The dual battery should be charged by just one port, not to swap charging battery ports every so often.
4) NYC is a high bike theft city so seat posts, wheels and pedals are often stolen. Make sure they lock in place and can only be removed via inconvenience and difficulty.

BEST… BIKE… EVER!
I’ll start with the negative, my throttle arrived cracked but a CSR quickly mailed me a new one and the wiring harness as well and told me to send a receipt from the bike shop and they would reimburse.
That being said, the 2 bikes I got (XP4 500W, and the LITE 2 for my 80 year old mother) are the best bikes I’ve ever had. The shifters work perfectly, the battery is great (I went 63 KM out of 75KM range from 100%-0% with my son on the buddy seat, a total of almost 500 lbs including the bike). The bikes are so solid and well made, the hinges for folding are so well crafted, the bikes are fast and fun and exhilarating to ride. I would recommend this brand to anyone.

My first e-bike, so not much experience to be analytical. However the bike was delivered as promised. Easy assembly, well built, and simple operation. Would have liked some instructions on derailleur adjustment in the download owners manual. Overall, very satisfied and enjoying the ride!

Great Customer Service
This is by far the Greatest American Company I have ever had the privilege to work with. If I had a problem they were quick to respond and didn’t have to wait forever to talk to a live person. They help me with any issues I had with my e-bike and they sent me the replacement part or parts to fix my bike in a timely manner at no cost to me. They have the Best customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a E-Bike I recommend they try Lectric and you won’t be disappointed. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 stars I would. I currently own 3 Lectric E-Bikes and I plan to keep upgrading them.

Selection and order process was very…
Selection and order process was very straightforward and simple. Timelines for delivery were spot on. The reason for the four star review instead of five is because one of the two bikes that we ordered had cosmetic damage on the frame and the front brake caliper was way out of adjustment. This resulted in the front disc brake rotor rubbing excessively on the caliper. Both of these issues were from the factory in my opinion, as there was no indication of it happening during shipping in the box. I advised Lectric and they reacted instantly by sending touchup paint and offered warranty locally to have the front brake repaired. Outstanding Customer Support! I was able to repair the brake myself and did not take advantage of the offer of warranty repair. Both of our bikes perform above average and we are enjoying them. I would definitely recommend Lectric products to anyone interested in a quality E bike.
