This is my 2nd Soltera. Long story but I sold my first one and missed it. It’s a great bike for around town. It comes very well packaged and is very simple to put together. Obviously it’s a good bike if I’m willing to buy two of them.

We were getting two bikes. One was ready an available in a week; the other we waited nearly a month before we could pick it up assembled from the dealer.

Easy to register my warranty

First of all, I really like my Aventure 3! I have rode 1850 miles in 15 months and it has been fantastic! I had an issue with the battery and Customer Service was wonderful and prompt in fixing the issue.

I have never seen anything packaged so outstanding!!
And the Adventure 3 is equally impressive.
Have only put 4 rides on it so far, less then 20 miles and super impressed.

Got the bike a week ago and rode it for over 60 miles. Love the rides. The battery is great. Got over 40 miles on a single charge while using eco assist for hills and normal pedaling for plain grounds with on and off assist. I think you can easily get 60 miles by conserving the battery. I was skeptical at first, but the ride was enjoyable thanks to the battery life.
The assembly was a little complex since the Soltera 2.5 is different compared to the Soltera 2 video available online.
The only problem I have is that the front fork has slight movement when I apply the brakes. Not sure if it is made that way or a design flaw.

I had a more expensive e mountian bike preordered for months , needed a bike to start riding with buddies, a buddy of mine told me I needed to check out the aventon currrnt adv. said was highly rated and much cheaper than other bikes, fount one at local motorcycle shop and tried it out seemed fine to me bought it. Several hundred miles on this bike and it is great ! I did change the seat to more comfortable one and replaced bars with higher ones, got help adjusting suspension and I’m keeping up with buddies on bikes that are a lot more expensive, so next thing that is awesome is the price of a extra battery! For 550.00 shipped etc.. I have an extra battery . When we would ride the first trip and came back to charge buddies bike had fast charger so he could charge back up in half time it would take me , although battery was only down to 60 % I needed full battery for 2nd ride and it would not charge quick enough without having fast charge ability, buying a extra battery was a game changer less than 5 min I swap batteries and I’m ready at 100% again ! This way as a novice riding with guys more experienced if I need to ride on turbo mode to keep up after 20 plus miles I can without worrying about battery . Plus now after first ride I’m waiting on him to charge his bike for a change ! Most other bike manufactures extra battery cost are double what aventon batteries cost! Love this bike I am getting great exercise and it’s a blast to ride trails with my buddies. My bike cost me 4200.00 out the door and I’m riding with guys on 10k to 15k bikes! The bike holds it own very good and I couldn’t be more satisfied. You can upgrade suspension later if you wanted to honestly most won’t need to. My cheaper bike is a very talked about bike in the group being I’m keeping up with them on very expensive bikes and they have been riding much longer I’m getting in better shape and not even sure if I’m getting the other bike thst is twice as expensive honestly! Absolutely love this bike!!!

Terrible customer service. No way to text and the phone number tells you to email. When I did receive the email the individual was less than helpful and did nothing to help me resolve my issues I had to use ai and forums to resolve. It saved me $500, the battery needed a hard reset not replaced. I guess money is more important than environment and taking care of customer. Broke the lock to get battery as advised by your brain trust of an employee. Maybe spend less on obnoxious adds and spend some money on your customers. Now after so many emails to rate you please lose my number I’m done with you, will not return for my next bike after all this.

This bike is perfect for me. I’m 71 and still love to ride.
Put 60 mm rise bars and comfortable grips and ergo seat and I am loving it. For hour rides around the neighborhood in eco and peddling hard for exercise. To 3 hour dirt trails in auto on the blue intermediate trails. I found the perfect bike for me. Thank your whole team who developed it.

Easy to assemble. Should have done it years ago.

Erie’s cycle shop is the place to go for an e-bike in the north metro area of Denver. Very knowledgeable, kind people selling bikes just off a great path where you can test them out. This is the third bike we bought from them. Love Aventon bikes too!

The display mod came loose and the screws for it were shipped in a timely manner for me.

A great bag for carrying a tool kit, extra layers and a few snacks. It fits the bike well and looks good as well.

Everything was great. Delivery was acceptable time frame. Bike is awesome and handles nicely. Can't wait to add all of my accessories.

My new Current had a rattle somewhere in the frame. I worked with Hoyee in customer service, and he promptly sent me new shock bolts and bushings, which helped, but didn't solve the problem. Now, get ready for the shocker: Aventon sent me a brand new bike as an exchange! I haven't ridden it on trails yet, but it certainly does not seem to have the same problem (I could produce the rattle on the old bike just by lifting and releasing the top tube quickly and repeatedly). The new one appears solid, and the whole exchange process was hassle free. That's what I call great customer service.

My Soltera 7 was stolen from my garage. I upgraded to a Pace 5 Rec, and I love it. One little thing: the controller buttons could be a bit larger. Otherwise - perfect

The best bike ever. Highly Recommend. A+++. So much fun.
