I have bought various products from this company over the years (White Pine Water for athlete's foot; Chamomile water for sore skin around my eyes; Nettle spray for itchy scalp), and they have all been effective (more so than any of the products I got from the pharmacy), and delivered promptly. I would definitely recommend trying them.

Order unfulfilled, unreachable customer service – Avoid them!I placed my order two weeks ago, but the products never arrived. The package has been stuck in the courier's warehouse for over a week, and the company refuses to help or communicate with the delivery service to resolve the issue.When you try to contact them, it is impossible to reach a real human. Their customer service is fully automated, and all email replies are generic AI-generated robot messages that provide absolutely no help.Furthermore, their refund policy is highly disappointing: instead of giving you your money back for a package they failed to deliver, they only offer a shop coupon/credit. I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank to get my actual money back. Unreliable service, I do not recommend them at all.

Finally made contact after waiting for my product …. I cancelled my order now waiting for a refund . I cancelled my order because I have been waiting a week , I have emailed them no reply paid £4.99 for 1-2 days postage and nothing no emails stating when I would receive this nothing , I finally talked to someone on the phone and apparently they have suddenly decided to move warehouses ??? And they don’t know when my order will get to me could be 2 weeks could be 3 weeks this is very poor customer service and something isn’t right .

Amazing for hair growth
I am using hydrobiotic for hair growth. The results are amazing. It needs time for new hair to grow but it does an excellent job. My boyfriend see the benefits as well. We are using it for three months.

Great product poor security and commitment to customers
Firstly - I love the products
BUT
I have been trying to purchase products for about 2 months now and every time my anti virus product flags them up for a malvertising threat - a threat is a type of malware that is spread through online advertising.
I have contacted the company mutli times through multiple ways - email, facebook - to let them know.
After the third attempt I got reply - whilst at first it seemed that they took it seriously - I am not sure that they did in the end - as almost 6 weeks later and nothing has changed. I have contacted my anti virus company and asked them to check and they still stand by that the advertising company that your details are being sent to f8bcrx6trk . com is a bad webpage and therefore the threat still stands.
Inaessentials have told me to ignore the warning and just buy anyway - which I find shocking!
I have sent all the details I have to inaessentials to help this in resolving this issue - but sadly it seems that they do not take the website security as seriously as I would have liked - I have not heard back from them in weeks and sadly I know don't expect to, hence my review here
Please take care when ordering from this website I would not want anything awful to happen to your data

I felt sad and disappointed and when I checked my order it said I only ordered the Rose Crème. I couldn’t believe because I knew very well I ordered the gift set. So far so good. Placed an order on a Sunday and received it next Tuesday. The order was well packed and seem good quality. I bought 3 bottles of Lavender water (on offer) and one bottle of Lavender & Mint water. I have suffered with hormonal acne for over 20 years which is quite well controlled at the moment but my skin is oily, slightly bumpy to touch and still prone to breakouts so hoping that these products will help. Both products have very strong smells which linger for a few minutes after application. I find the smell unpleasant but not enough to put me off using the products if they are really as good as some of the reviews. I shall update in a few weeks time to report on results.

I don't believe this is a legitimate…
I don't believe this is a legitimate business. I placed an order on 19-Nov-23 and I am yet to receive anything. The order was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 working days - today is 5-Dec-23 and I am yet to receive anything. I have tried to track the package via the Shop app and it just says "in transit." I sent an email on 2-Dec-23 to the customer service email address asking for an update and still haven't received a response. Please do not spend your money with this company.

Love it but it keeps getting smaller
I love the product and have been using it for 3+ years. However the bottles are getting smaller and smaller for the same price!
My last order, the lavender water came in 200ml which seemed much smaller than before and now my new order is 150ml. Pretty frustrating.

First time trying these products and they have made a huge difference to my oily t-zone. I tried the lavender water and soap. It does leave your skin a bit dry so a bit of moisturising might be needed. I do not have acne but do get the odd spot and this combination works very well together. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!
