I will give covered insurance a 5 star review for helping you find homeowner insurance providers. I've been with the home insurer they recommended for at least 5 years. I decided to stay with my current home insurer since everyone else they recommend costs more than my current insurance rate in recent years. I don't blame covered for that scenario. That's just the way things are. Even though I've had no claims in almost 10 years. My yearly insurance premiums have jumped from under $500 to almost $1,200 as of last year. All I can say is to pray you never have to file a claim loss.

I called into their main number on 8/24/2026, and Ashley picked up the line. I told her what I needed, and she went to work to get me the best deal to replace Liberty Mutual's homeowner insurance. She asked me questions, and I gave her the answers. We spoke back in forth while she was comparing potential insurances for about 20-minutes, and she sent me an email with the insurance that we had spoken about. I emailed her back saying that I was ready to move forward, and she replied back that new insurance would be effective at midnight. Liberty Mutual was over $3,900, and Ashley got my new insurance for just over $2,300, which saved me $1,600!!!! She took care of everything and got the insurance paid my our mortgage company--Guild Mortgage. These savings has also dropped our monthly mortgage payment!!!!! By the way, I had told my Son what Ashley had done for me, and after he had spoken with her, he signed up with Ashley on 8/26/2026 for new homeowners insurance for his home as well.
