Not a good first experience - stood up
Had a confirmed delivery window of 6am-12pm on a Thursday. No one showed up so I called shorty after noon and was told driver on the way. After waiting another 3.5 hours, called back again and was told driver having issues with another delivery. I had to send my demo crew home early since it was obvious the dumpster was not arriving. Now I have demo debris- drywall, insulation, etc. piling up in the driveway with rain coming. This is my first experience using Hometown and so far not good. I have ordered numerous dumpsters on various projects and I understand things come up but communication is key. Still waiting for my dumpster, hopefully it will arrive Monday morning.
