I bought a 100 bin storage unit and it came damaged to the point the top left bin is unusable. I understand that can happen during shipping. I reached out via email with pictures and everything they require. They did get back to me and refunded me an agreed upon amount to keep the damaged item.

Mia with customer service at Holzoffer was very patient and reviewed the photos of some damage in transit. Mia took time and made an offer that greatly compensated for the shipping issues. Excellent customer service follow through!

I do not recommend this cabinet
I do not recommend this cabinet. It’s not sturdy. The instructions are inadequate. This was not designed by an engineer. If it was they were getting high when learning about fasteners and rigidity.

Purchased one of their portable tables…
Purchased one of their portable tables and I was very disappointed, it was very bad quality some of the parts on the table were very weak and started bending. After putting it together the table had a lot of movement even though everything was tightened down. Extremely disappointed in this purchase

Build Quality, Value and Excellent Customer Service
I was impressed with the build quality and value of the 100-drawer welded steel bolt bins. I'm even more impressed by Holzoffer's commitment to stellar customer service. One of the bolt bins I ordered was damaged in shipping, at no fault of Holzoffer.
Later, I found the doorbell footage showing the Fedex driver rolling the 135lb box end over end off of the truck and towards the garage. Insanity. It was literally more difficult to move it this way versus just sliding it off of the truck and into place.
Holzoffer made right, quickly - despite this being entirely on Fedex. You've earned a repeat customer and company advocate. Keep up the great work!

we got the one rack in and the other one was damaged in transit and Holozoffer sent email that they are getting a replacement for the one damaged. i appreciate the service they provide.
