My roof was 25 years old and curling badly. Over State gave me a competitive quote and finished the full tear-off in 2 days. The crew cleaned up every single nail with magnets – my yard was spotless. That level of care is unheard of.

We hired them for a new shingles roof at our home in Elizabeth and the results were amazing.

We had terrible storm damage and ice dams that caused urgent leaking. Overstate came out within 2 days, did a free inspection, and fixed everything. They showed me pictures and videos of the before and after. A pleasure to work with.

I called Angi's looking for a contractor cause I had water damage to my kitchen and den ceilings the person that came out his name was Yanni and he explained what needed to be done since the den ceiling was not bad he said that he would repair free of charge to keep the coxy down the day came for them to do the work also on that day he told the workers not to do the fixing of my den ceiling also after trying to fix this issue they failed to sand so that I could paint which by the way I told him that I would paint the ceiling so after numerous call into this company the workers came out to dix this issue again and on that same day the workers mentioned about Yanni and he was the one to tell them not to fix my ceiling they also mentioned the amount of this job was over rated any questions please feel free to contact me

Had an estimate to repair roof which listed all materials for project. Worker showed up removed my shingles installed ice and water shield then reinstalled my old shingles. Complained not per estimate sent same worker two days later did same kind of subpar job but replaced shingles with a different manufacturer than on my roof which voided my warranty on the new roof. RUN! DO NOT HIRE OVERSTATE ROOFING

Trying to spread the word to avoid them at all costs. We’re coming back from vacation without a working bathroom or living room ceiling. The 2-3 day job is taking over a week, largely because they no-showed a few of the days. I have many many complaints, but most alarming was a photo from our housesitter with debris loosely everywhere in the bathroom, no containment over the drain so there will definitely be clogs, and they didn’t even have regard to flush the toilet when they left.

Great bunch of lads, came to do the job when they said they would, very courteous and cleaned up after themselves every day. I would definitely recommend them if your thinking of having a new roof or repair

I had an ice dam on my roof that caused water to leak into my house. Yanni told me ALL the snow and ice would be removed, damaged wood replaced and the whole roof would be waterproof when they were done.
He sent one man to do the job who didn’t even speak English. I pointed out one leak in the living room and tried to tell him of the other one in my bedroom to which he didn’t even follow me. Outside I pointed out both where it was dripping from inside the eves and again tried to tell him I wanted all the ice removed from the edge of the roof. I thought he understood as I had told Yanni who instructed him as to what to do…I THOUGHT! Not speaking Spanish I don’t know what he told him, but I was told ALL the ice and snow would be removed, damaged wood replaced. I asked him if the estimate would change if they found another leak, and I was told it was all inclusive. Ice was taken off one third of the roof, damaged wood was found, but not replaced, just patched and re-shingled over. When I asked about the other end of the house, he said he’d give me another estimate. I was also told it would all be inspected, inside and out. There was no inspection at all! Beware of this business. They post a few good reviews, but you don’t see any bad ones posted.

Chimney waterproofing needed for my home. I reached out to this company and they did an inspection next day. Their work is impeccable and I appreciated how fast they responded to me. I look forward to working with them again if I have any more issues.

I had a great experience with this company. They did a roof replacement for me recently it looks great and was completed on time and professionally.

We had a leaking from the kitchen vent, Overstate roofing came at the same day to apply tarp on the roof and on the following day to repair the roof.
