OK. But you can't trust the delivery times. I bought some speakers that said 1-2 days delivery, hoping to use them for a party, and they took 7 days.

Simply way ahead when it comes to customer service and professionalism
I have decided to write this review for the simple reason that as a customer of HiFi Klubben I have never been dissatisfied with their services. Recently, I happened to visit one of their shops and I was reminded how great they are in terms of professionalism and customer care, especially after my previous quite disappointing experience with the only other HiFi dealer in town.
I have been a regular customer of HiFi Klubben for about 8 years now in various different locations in Denmark. While this is not the only place I have been purchasing HiFi gear from, it is essentially the most reliable and trustworthy compared to some of the other shops I have dealt with so far. It is not that I have not received good service in some the other shops, but every now and then they somehow fail to maintain the highest standards of customer care, whereas HiFi Klubben have remained consistent in that regard.
What I really like about HiFi Klibben:
* Great customer service – Throughout the various shops I have visited so far, the level of professionalism and dedication remains outstanding, and – most importantly – constant. The staff is well trained, they are friendly and willing to help. You can consult with them and get what you need, without being misled or lied to. You might even end up having a really nice chat with some of the shop representatives while you are there.
* Fantastic website – User friendly interface, easy to navigate and quite informative content, including high quality pictures of the actual products, not just generic images of similar models. The site is updated on a regular basis including bug fixes and improvements. You can check the availability of everything, including the items in stock and/or on a display in the shop.
* Company policies and campaigns – some of their competitors appear to offer similar if not the same return policies and discounts, but in practice the reality is somewhat different. In my experience, some other HiFi dealers are simply not very transparent about their policies or selling campaigns and they are misleading their customers. HiFi Klubben are always honest and straightforward about their policies, there are no catches or hidden conditions with their campaigns.
To wrap this up, I can strongly recommend HiFi Klubben as a serious, reliable and professional place for your HiFi needs, and even if you are looking for a brand they do not offer, give them a try before going somewhere else. You might as well spare yourself a headache.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life
I purchased headphones from this store (Viborg), but unfortunately, the Bluetooth functionality wasn't working well. I brought them in for warranty service, and after three days of testing, they claimed there was nothing wrong with them and returned them to me. However, when I got home and opened the package, I discovered that they had been completely broken in half. When I questioned them about this, they casually mentioned that it was somewhat wobbly. It's disappointing to encounter such poor product quality and service. My sympathy goes out to the danish people, whose only option is this store.
I than contact the main customer service about this incident with the store. They also didn't help and forward me to the store that broke my headphones in the first place. Hands down this is the worst experience and It feels like I am screaming into the void. Do not purchase anything from this awful store.

As a serious composer
As a serious composer, I’ve contacted them to test some headphones. Emil in Taaastrup was very professional and supportive with ordering the interesting pairs home and let me try one in a week in my studio and the remaining 3-4 pairs in the shop for careful listening. I’ve found the headphone I wanted and managed to compare in a professional environment and noticed things in my mix I wouldn’t do with the current setup.
I really love this kind of service and it was very professional done and helpful for music enthusiasts like myself.
