Foreign object found in rucola
I found a foreign object in a bag of rucola. It appeared to be a black plastic or rubber-like piece. Fortunately, nobody ate it, but this was very concerning and could have been a serious food safety issue.
I contacted customer service and made a complaint. They told me they would get back to me once they had an answer, but I have not received any follow-up since April 28, 2026.
This is very disappointing, especially when it concerns food safety. Please be careful and check the product before serving it to your loved ones.

Very Poor logistics and customer service!
I think HelloFresh people in logistics and customer service are not trained well to fulfill the customer requirements in this sensitive industry. In a business that literally determines what people eat in the next few minutes , reliability isn’t a luxury metric. It’s the product. A failed delivery is not just a missed line in delivery performance it has a strong impact on someone's daily routine that is very immdiate and personal. A failed delivery of my first order from HelloFresh in Sandnes on April 27 didn’t just inconvenience me, it disrupted my plan for the next three days.
I was at home waiting for hours, monitoring the delivery on the tracker and could see the driver approaching my address… only to realize the delivery never arrived, and no one even attempted to call to clarify.
A simple call could have prevented the entire failure. I called the customer service and they were saying the address is wrong, while I could see the address on my profile which was correct and I could see the driver on the tracker was close to my home but the never attempted to call me! In my second attempt to reach out to the customer serivce, they confirmed that the address was correct and they contacted the logistics team for immidiate delivery, they promised me they do their best, but nothing happened not even a call saying that sorry we did our best but not successful for today they just wasted two more hours of my time!
I really dont know what to expect, a refund and move on while my plan for three days dusrupted? Do they really understand that in such sensitive industry where they are becoming part of daily routine of their customers, the reliability is not just a luxury metric but it is the product?! Is there true accountability in last-mile delivery performance in this company? How can I trust them and count on them in my busy days?! It is so frustrating!

Way too much force selling
Way too much force selling! I order a trial with one free coupon (they will still charge you delivery), received portions that are sized for children when i’m a 90+ kg healthy eater.
I didnt even prepare this meal that i get a notification of a new shipment and had to navugate during the while page to cancel the subscription. This is a scam. And on top of that uou can get better meals dith larger quantity if you take 30min to go to a supermarket

Meals are great, but the delivery is horrible
Meals are great and there’s a good diversity. But the delivery experience is horrible. We previously tried out the German version of Hello Fresh, where we never had any problems. Out of 4 deliveries in Oslo, 1 didn’t arrive at all, 1 arrived damaged and 1 arrived a day late with no additional notification.

Well packed
The vegetables to each meal are packed and marked in each bag and that makes it easy to keep them separate. The recepies are easy to understand. I could follow the car «live» and i knew when box was expected. It was delivered on my doorstep and i live on 3.floor
