Very disappointing experience and no support
Three big bags of gravel were delivered and left on the road, creating an unsafe situation for residents and neighbours. I immediately contacted customer service, provided photos and video evidence, and repeatedly raised concerns about the safety risk.
Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were never properly addressed. Rather than focusing on resolving the unsafe situation, the discussion repeatedly shifted towards delivery methods and procedures. The only solution offered was for me to pay an additional fee.
As a result, I am currently having to remove the gravel myself by hand using a shovel and wheelbarrow in order to make the area safe again. This is physically demanding work that should not be necessary after paying for a delivery service.
What disappointed me most was not the delivery itself, but the lack of support and the feeling that the legitimate safety concerns were not taken seriously.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
The order was placed as a kerbside delivery, and our driver delivered the three bulk bags as close to the requested location as the site conditions and access allowed. The delivery was therefore carried out in accordance with the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
When you later contacted us regarding the placement of the bags, we offered a solution by arranging relocation using a mobile forklift for an additional fee. This service requires specialised equipment and handling and must therefore be booked separately, as it is not included in a standard kerbside delivery.
We take all customer concerns seriously and did our best to offer a practical solution within the scope of the services available. We are sorry that our proposed solution did not meet your expectations. However, moving the bags beyond the agreed delivery terms would have required additional resources and costs that were not included in the original order.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our delivery options and conditions as clear as possible for all customers.

poluted soil, delivered late, not as agreed
Havehandel sold me a big bag (1500 liters) of organic soil for raised bed cultivation.
I paid extra for delivery to the back of the property.
the order arrived later than agreed. when I called to ask for an estimate they said they had no way of telling when it might arrive.
unfortunately when the delivery did come, they did not make any attempt to deliver where agreed (the same exact problem happened to a colleague of mine who ordered the same thing). I therefore spent three weekends hauling up the 1500 liters of soil uphill myself.
the soil had trash in it - i took several photos of the things I found. when I brought these issues up to give the company a second chance a year later, they told me they didn't want to do business again. I really have a hard time understanding this business - a pity. I have moved on to more reliable providers - I just hope they don't treat others this same way.

You purchased delivery with a mobile forklift, which we offer as an extra service for DKK 95. We clearly state in our delivery terms that the forklift requires solid ground and has a certain size, meaning that in some cases – as with your delivery – it is physically not possible to deliver exactly where the customer wishes. This is not a choice we make, but a practical and safety-related limitation.
During our correspondence, the tone unfortunately became quite condescending, and you told us to "just do as you're told." We do not tolerate this kind of communication, and for that reason, we chose not to do business with someone who cannot communicate respectfully.
Regarding the quality of the soil: You received and used the soil in 2024 without mentioning any issues at the time. The complaints about the soil's quality only surfaced now, a year later. Nevertheless, we took your message seriously and even offered you a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. You did not respond to this offer.
We also note that your Trustpilot profile contains 19 other one-star reviews of different companies. Unfortunately, this indicates a pattern that we cannot ignore.
We work hard every day to provide great service and quality products to thousands of satisfied customers. We're sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations, but we stand by the way we’ve handled this case.

Very dissapointed
Very dissapointed. Had so much trouble with the delivery. Ended up having to pay extra because the driver could not find the adresse and the attempted to drop it off at 6am. Havehandel was just non-collaborative. Still havent received the products that i ordered as fast delivery.

Man må sige vi har to helt forskellige opfattelser af sagen, og siden du har så travlt med at give os dårlige anmeldelser på alle platforme, så får du lige herinde, det lange svar, så andre også kan følge med.
Ved 1. levering ringer fragtmanden til 3 forskellige telefonnumre du har oplyst, uden at nogen tager telefonen, så er det svært for fragtmanden at yde en service hvor man skal levere på et bestemt sted, og express ovenikøbet. Chauffør kunne finde adressen, men da i ikke tager telefonen, tager fragtmanden den med tilbage på terminal. I ringer direkte tilbage til ham, altså uden om os, Havehandel.dk hvor du har handlet, og i får lavet en aftale direkte med fragtmanden. I aftaler han kører ud gratis dagen efter. (det gør de ellers normalt aldrig – men super godt.)
2. levering; Chauffør ankommer kl. 6.15 og der er der heller ikke nogen der tager telefonen, det er tidligt på dagen, bevares, men du og vi er altså ikke herre over chaufførens rute, slet ikke når du ikke har aftalt et bestemt tidsrum, hvor bigbaggen ønskes leveret i. Igen chauffør må tage varen med tilbage til terminal.
Så beder du os køre ud 3. gang, og også her forventer du at det er gratis. Du forventer at vi, Havehandel.dk, skal betale fragtmanden, når det er jer der ikke kan finde ud af at tage telefonen eller give en klar besked om hvor varen må stilles. Hertil vil jeg sige at det er ærgerligt at du har talt direkte med fragtmanden om sagen, så vi ikke ved hvad der er aftalt og præcist hvad i har talt om. Det koster os over 500 kr. hver gang vi skal lave en genudkørsel, og står skrevet klar og tydeligt i vores leveringsbetingelser, at vi ikke dækker denne udgift, og at det er kunden som skal dække den.
Igennem hele forløbet har vi sendt flere mails til dig og ringet dig op, uden svar. Første gang vi hører fra dig, er 5 dage efter at vi sender første mail til dig.
Vi var selvfølgelig klar over at denne anmeldelse ville komme, for det har du truet os med i en mail. Og der gjorde du det klart for os, at du ville få hele din familie og alle deres brugere til at give os 1-stjerner på samtlige platforme derude. Vi havde dog ikke forventet at dette ville ske, vi havde regnet med at det ville forblive ved en trussel, men det skete så alligevel, og det er vi direkte skuffet over. Vi synes vi har gjort hvad vi kunne, ved at kontakte dig op til flere gange uden at få svar. At give fragtmanden 1-stjerne for jeres indbyrdes aftale, det er mere retvisende, end at give os 1-stjerne, for en aftale vi ikke har været indblandet i.
Så til andre der læser denne anmeldelse, så vil vi sige at varen var leveret inden for express tidsrummet hvis blot Simon eller de 2 andre personer på listen, havde taget telefonen bare én gang af de første 2 gange varen blev forsøgt leveret.
Fortsat god dag Simon, vi håber den vil være god, eftersom du har taget dig god tid til at ødelægge vores dag.

The delivery for pellets came very fast…but...
The delivery for pellets came very fast but they did not place it where I specifically wrote for them to place it. They dropped off the pellets quite far away from where I told them to and in the most obviously dumb spot. The pellets are now almost sitting in the road and when you drive past it you feel as though you are going to hit them with your car and now I have to manually move 1800kg of pellets, by hand, to the place where I asked them to be.
If I hadn't written a note specifying where I wanted them, I would be much more understanding but considering the circumstances, I'm a little upset about this.
I will not be using Have handel again because of this. And would not recommend using them unless you can be home to direct them to where they should logically place your delivery.

The problem here is that you have chosen our standard delivery. This includes a regular palletlifter, which can only drive on asphalt, tiles and the likes of these.
In your driveway and all the way to your garagedoor, you have a uneven stone driveway, which the palletlifter cannot drive on, especially with 975 kg of pellets.
If you instead would have ordered a delivery by mobiletruck, there wouldnt have been any issue.

We would always recommend reaching out to us, before heading to trustpilot. This way you give us a chance to try and solve your problem.
