Habito made the mortgage application process very straightforward and easy to navigate. I really liked being able to sumbit all the documents online and keep track of what I needed to do next at times that are convenient to me. Grant Ross was very friendly and helpful, finding a lender that matched my current situation.

We used Habito for both our mortgage brokerage and conveyancing on our purchase and sale, and the service we received was absolutely first-rate. On the brokerage side in particular Ellen, Raj and Tobias have been absolutely fantastic throughout. Where do I begin! I cannot thank Lizzie and Tom enough! The service, the care, the empathy, theres not enough words to really show how good they really are.

I started a conversation with Lizzie about a year ago, told her my situation and she was very very positive that a mortgage is achievable. But what stood out the most is her approach, her understanding and real care for wanting the best for us. I spoke to a lot of brokers, a lot of them charge a fee but the level of service lizzie provided second to none. I must say I asked a lot of questions and changed quotes a number of times but she never shied away from the extra work I was asking her to do. Remember this is a fee-free service. We were struggling to find the right house so it was a long process, most brokers would lose interest. But eventually, we find a a property and she was very prompt in putting through application and explaining the process! Thank you Lizzie.

Then we move to Tom, another gem in the business. He was very prompt, precise and ensuring the process was a very smooth one. He even argued with the lender when they were making ridiculous requests. Amazing care and attention to get through to mortgage offer stage.

Then finally, I have to mention Habito as a service, very very clean smooth process with simple nuances which support people buying homes. People here making life changing decisions, Habito process is seamless!

Absolutely a 5 star service!
This is the 2nd time I’ve used Habito, and Jo has been incredible. 46 emails exchanged (sometimes back to back from me) and response times have been phenomenal. Jo has been on it and has been such a huge help.
For the record, I explored other brokers but the rates offered by Jo blew the others out the water.

Not yet gone through with a mortgage yet but it’s definitely in the works thanks to Emily, incredibly helpful and patient when it comes to me having to gather a few more bits of information. Makes the whole process a lot more easier dealing with someone who’s clued up and responsive.
