I got in touch with First Mortgage from a flier someone sent to me in my search for a mortgage broker. From the very start, I met a very supportive team, Oliver and Isabella. They made it clear to me I wouldn't pay for the service as they get their commission from the lender which was exactly what happened. I had a great experience with First Mortgage. Our Client Relationship Manager was Susan, she was great at ensuring we had the correct documents uploaded before our meeting with our mortgage advisor to make our application process as smooth as possible.
Julie was our mortgage advisor. She identified the correct mortgage agreement for us and set up the right mortgage and home protection policy to ensure that we wouldn't lose out if either of us became unwell or damage occurred to the property we purchased. Overall a really great experience.

I am a first time buyer with very limited knowledge about mortgages. Abby was a really great help in making sure I got sound advice and in finding me a great mortgage. Sharon made sure I knew what was required of me and they both kept me updated and helped with any queries I had quickly and smoothly which made the experience low stress and simple. The online dashboard made it easy to provide and keep track of the necessary documentation. I have had a really good experience and I'm very grateful for all their help and support.

Greg and Alasdair from the Baillieston office were very helpful when helping me re-mortgage my home. I am confident Greg got me the best deal available as even after the initial recommended offer, he came back with a better rate. They were very responsive when I had questions about the process. We were placed with Rachael and Lianne to sort our mortgage application and building and contents insurance. For what was already a stressful experience buying our first home, both Rachael and Lianne made this part of the process a complete breeze! They were always contactable and provided us with updates without us asking, they answered all our questions promptly and even looked for better deals for us whilst the process was ongoing. We couldn’t recommend first mortgages enough, especially for first time buyers!
