So far so good
Very pleased with the whole tyre purchase experience so far – smooth, quick, and more importantly error-free! They were the cheapest I could find online. Just managed to put them on earlier this week, so we'll see if they live up to expectations (fingers crossed no loss of air and plenty of grip!). All four tyres have very recent manufacturing dates so a big thumb up

These people DO NOT care about you!
I ordered the wrong tyre so i sent it back with them arranging the shipping and the tyre is obviously lost and guess what? Yep they will not refund me! Keep giving the same copy and paste reply saying there is a process etc etc!
They will most likely reply on here saying contact customer service but there is no point! It is just a robot! No one will ever get my money back to me so i am seeking legal help and also opened a claim with my credit card.
So yeah just do not waste your time or give this company your custom! They do not deserve it.
In response to the answer. Yes of course I have contacted them and guess what? Same auto response reply! Nothing has happened so I shall receive the money from my credit card.

Worst customer service
This company has the worst customer service ever, no one to call and you are left with endless emails and an AI chat bot - my order for one tyre shows it still has not been given to the delivery company and I need an update - change over date for winter tyres is coming up and I need to know when it will be delivered - avoid this company at all costs - use Dack365 instead
