Appaling
Appaling. I chose to pay via SEPA but my payment got sent back. I repeated the order, paid via SEPA and...got the payment back. In the meantime I received 10 emails about my order "being saved for future reference". I tried to contact customer support but only received auto-generated replies. Awful and worrisome.

Grip500 is okay.
4-5, why not 5 is actually because of the national postal service PostNord took 7days to deliver the shipment.
Grip500 seemed weary at first but was quick to act when I hinted about a delivery problem in Sweden, which is out of their control. Grip500 did a good job bringing the tire ftom NE Spain 🇪🇸 to Sweden 🇸🇪 and responded along the road. However, be realistic about delivery service time. Add time instead of promising something that is out of direct control.
I also recognise and understand the extra challenge in moving goods from side of EU to another...not the least due to Cv19. thx// peter from sweden

After one week the tires havent even been shipped...
And now its soon two weeks, nothing shipped yet and my money is still at grip500. I am at a standstill with my caravan, not a happy camper!
