The telematics have helped us with much more than just vehicle location and camera views and driving safetyand if an employee unplugs their vehicle device. We are a construction company and have to use honor system on clock in/out times. We work in remote locations and have never had a way to track time. With the drive time summary report, I have been able to see exactly what time our employees leave home, arrive at jobsite, leave jobsite, return home and if the company vehicle is driven after hours. . With this valuable information, I have been able to compare handwritten timesheets to actural GPS locations and have found where we were being overcharged 3-4 hours a week - per timesheet for hours not actually worked. When you have a staff of 20 people, this adds up quick. I can monitor speeding, hard braking and many more things. I am even able to see if employees are having unauthorized persons in their company vehicles. Customer service at GPS Insight has been quick and always strive to solve our questions. Great Product and Great Company. Worth every penny. The money we saved with timesheets alone, pays for the Device Monitoring.

Great Customer Service and Products. Never had problems with their equipment. Just sucks that every few years they require you to upgrade to new equipment, for us, it is the eld tablet that goes inside the truck. so far we have went through about 4 eld tablets already. Nothing is wrong with them, GPS Insight just requires us to upgrade.
