Customer service is terrible—the company practically does not care about its customers. One of our technicians had a camera stolen, and it took them two months just to call me back with the replacement price. They originally quoted $150 for the camera and $100 for installation. Knowing how they operate, I requested a written email with the prices, which they sent.
Then, another representative called to tell me there was an error and that the camera price is actually $400. I don't know if their employees simply don't communicate with each other or what is going on, but I didn't even call them to ask—they were the ones who called me after two months.
We are extremely unhappy with how their employees have treated us. They are great at harassing customers six months in advance about contract renewals, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have attached both the first email with the original pricing and the second email so you can judge for yourselves.

SECOND EMAIL
Hello JESSICA,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing this email to clarify the pricing details regarding the road camera for Case #11202539. Per our standard price list, the cost of the road camera itself is $300. The $150 amount mentioned by Rafael covers the installation fee once the unit is delivered to your shipping address.
Therefore, the total cost comes to $450, which includes both the camera and the installation service.
If you want to proceed with the order please reply to this email. If you have questions about the charges and billing, please contact your account manager.
Best Regards,

Hello JESSICA,
I hope this email finds you well.
Following up on our recent conversation, I would like to apologize for the miscommunication regarding your camera model and pricing, as well as the disconnection during our call.
To clarify, Rafael belongs to a different department that does not directly handle this process. We will make sure we hold him accountable for the misinformation provided.
Additionally, I checked your account in FLEET CARE to ensure complete accuracy and confirmed that your unit is equipped with a Dual-Facing AI Dash Cam rather than a standard Road-Facing camera ($300).
Below is the corrected pricing breakdown:
Dual-Facing AI Dash Cam: $400
Installation Service: $150 (if NOT self-install)
Total Cost: $550
If you would like to proceed with ordering the replacement, please reply directly to this email. For any questions regarding charges and billing, please contact your account manager.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best Regards,
Ralph Christian

No voltage show anywhere, asked for it to be added still nothing. Random little bugs seem to plague the portal. Often cameras are offline but the map does not not show there is a problem at a glance, till you click on the vehicle and then click on the camera, then it will show an error, Also half the time clicking on a camera cause it load back to live map instead of the camera details. Reports seem good but could also use a voltage column. Often Support cases never get a message response its always a call that is to early to answer then the case never gets updated from the support. Neal has been a great help with those though. Also random automation emails about devices with no context or links to any cases stating
"My name is Charaze Araza, and I’m the Implementation Partner assigned to your Verizon Connect Deployment Project.
We are excited to join you on this next step to help ensure coverage for your fleet. We need a bit more information to ship your new order."
When no new orders were made.
Other than that it seems okay.
the portal could use some UI improvements to make reports easier to locate, set up.

So, to answer this question, I have to break it down into chunks. The sales team that showed us the Telematics platform were very good, the team that worked with WBI to ensure equipment was ordered, distributed, and installed, were also very good. The customer support side is where our troubles began. We were given poor instructions on the building of our Hierarchy and spent countless hours building our drivers only, because we weren't told that we also had to build them as subusers and give them specific rights, so that created a lot of additional work. Secondly, we were given two straight customer account reps who were both nice, but were very unfamiliar with the platform, and therefore, were pretty unhelpful. This involved simple things, like them not informing me that when we purchased hardware kits, those kits did not come with lines of service. Thankfully, we expressed frustration, I was contacted by Stefanie Dunk, who was extremely helpful and switched our account over to Neal Behrman who has made a huge difference. We now have a knowledgable and responsive account rep who has allowed us to work through ensuring each vehicle is active and is tracking. I've been very satisfied over the last few weeks.

In December of 2024 I signing up for a 1 year contract for some dash cams and gps units that was to be around $1800 for the year and I was told that if I was to cancel early it would be like $550 early termination fee so after deciding to go ahead with the contract for the units I began to have second thoughts and when I tried to cancel the contract they canceled it and then told me that the termination fee was like $1600 which was not what I was originally told…. The only way to get out of that huge termination fee was to sign a new contract with them for the same thing so after thinking about it it made more sense to just sign the new 1 year contract and get some use of of the units…. It was around may of 2025 that they actually got this contract cleared up, (so that took 6 months) by the time the units finally got to me. We were already in our busy season and I didn’t have time to install them, so I just paid monthly bills per the contract, and this year in June after paying a extra bill beyond the on your contract, I contacted them for cancellation of continuing service since my one year contract was up. It is August and I am still dealing with a cancellation. They are terribly slow awful customer service terrible communication if I want an updated I have to initiate the conversation and I still don’t get answers. With my experience, I cannot recommend them. And all honesty I will try to get people to avoid Verizon connect like the plague!!!! Don’t use them!!

Verizon Connect is the worst service available for tracking your fleet and ELD service. I have personally managed fleets with Several different brands of GPS and telematics and I have to say that the customer service and response times of Verizon connect are the absolute worse in the industry. when something goes wrong and it will be prepared to spend countless hours on the phone explaining what went wrong, then also be prepared to have to repeat it to every customer service agent you speak to because they obviously do not have an organized CRM to keep track of their customers and their issues so every time u call them for the same issue even with a ticket number you should know you will have to explain the entire thing again and again. Every time you get a technician to come to you from them and do an install you have to make sure you take the time to inspect as they are never thorough and never complete the install, you will have to spend time to go out and install your own cameras via the software, if you do more than one install they are liable to mix match the trucks like just happened to us and u think a truck is running when is actually at the yard because they programmed them backwards. Every phone call is excruciatingly painful even when they call you.

Let me start by saying our company has over 50 trucks and we have been using this service for over 5 years at this point.
Verizon Reveal is the worst company ive ever dealt with. Completely unresponsive customer service, highly convoluted customer support calls, absent account managers etc.
That's just the beginning. Their hardware is absolute garbage; it constantly fails, not only making the service worthless, but causing massive electrical issues in the process (had a 1700 dollar repair bill, and many other smaller bills, from the damage caused by their cameras and they didn't cover a single dollar). The amount of accidents we have had in the company where the camera was entirely non-functional would shock you. Almost all 50 of our cameras have issues and no one at Verizon has done a thing to rectify the issues (been sending service requests for nearly a year for multiple units). And when you try to get a replacement unit, you'll be on the phone for over an hour talking to people, and after that process you'll still get nothing from them.
This makes one think why didn't I cancel our service sooner? I tried for years. We submit a cancellation request for our service 5 months in advance of the renewal date (90 day notice is required, so I was well in advance of that), and our very talented account manager Josue was entirely unresponsive to any of our calls or emails for that 5 month period, until he finally responded telling us that we would owe 30k+ in cancellation fees because we didn't submit it in time (he waited until the day after our contract renewed to respond to us). After days of back and forth, he finally admitted he was negligent and submit our cancellation. Still processing so still not free from their grasp.
Their website is subpar, constantly needing to reload and re-login as you're using it. Very limited functionality compared to every other gps tracking company (no AI detection, only now adding functions like livestreaming etc).
Their cameras are bulky, heavy and cheaply built (concave sealing surface) so they constantly fall off the windshield no matter what type of adhesive you use.
Go with any other brand, I can't speak low enough of this company. Hopefully my review will keep customers away from this truly awful company.

Customer service is horrendous. Or do you have a problem with the transmitters or you have a problem with your contract, or you have a problem with anything else, they just suck. They bought out their product from another company and shipped the customer service overseas to the Philippines. And they could give two shits about whether they help you. Cancellation policy is bullshit and they don’t cancel when they tell them to cancel. We refused the contract yet still held us as if we had a contract.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I have 6 truck with them and I'm getting ready to cancel them. They never do what they say. Had a phone call scheduled with them at 9:30 it's now 11:30 stillness call. Im done with them.

We have actively closed our account well over a month ago and still getting bills. Moreover, we have asked numerous time from our rep Jomar, to close our account out without no response from him, since he noted he had to discuss this with legal on 6/12/26.
This response from Verizon and Jomar is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The product might be decent, but the service is ..., that is right what service.
That is the main reason we have left Verison Connect, due to the response from Jomar. This person should be fired for his incompetence and sleazy work in the background.
I could go on but will end her for now, unless this does not get resolve next week, week of 7/20 - 7/24
7/27 still no update on our issue with Verizon connect. Verizon legal has had this in their court since 12 June 2026 without and response. I would find a new legal team, if something this simple takes this long. Now I understand why people are leaving Version; our customer support Joemar has a negative rating … and Version should be ashamed of his representation for Verizon Connect.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. We inherited this contract through the purchase of our business. While the GPS equipment generally functioned as expected, the service experience and cancellation process have been extremely poor.
After going another route, we initiated cancellation and are now going on over 2 months with this process still unresolved. Our assigned representative, Shannon, has been consistently unresponsive, often taking 3+ weeks to reply to emails. Attempts to escalate by phone were unsuccessful, as we were repeatedly told management was unavailable via phone and that email was the only method of communication.
Although a 48–72 hour response time is stated, it has not been met, ever. Communication delays of 3+ weeks have been standard, making timely resolution impossible. Even after receiving cancellation documentation, we still have not been provided complete instructions for returning equipment.
Based on this experience, I would strongly caution other businesses considering services from Verizon Connect.

The company i work for has been experiencing serious issues with the app. It will not save valuable information needed to process invoices and quotes. We have reached out many times and just get the run around. Maybe we don't qualify for good service due to the size of the company. Seems like we pay a good amount for this SERVICE. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR NONTHS NOW.

This department of Verizon is an absolute joke. I have honored my contract. I have put my 60 days notice in but pritchie lampuay from Verizon connect will not cancel the account. He told us ww would need to send the equipment back and he would cancel from there. Pritchie specifically said I will send a return label so the units can be returned. Its 2 months later and still no label. I try to call and pritchie either sends us to voice mail or it just rings. If I call another department looking for a mgr I am always sent back to pritchie. I cannot even cancel the payments to Verizon connect because its attached to my routing number. If you are a business owner please do not buy this system. Yes the system works great but the support after is next to none. As a Verizon phone customer I will not renew this year. This whole situation has left me no choice but to move on from this company. Im also taking my wife and kids with. I do not want to spend my money with a company who gets over on there customers.
