What a great outfit hooked me up with a Protee vx. All at a price I cannot refuse much better than any other outfit out there thank you very much.

Unit showed up quickly but was a real ordeal to get the connect from another provider which takes time I think this should’ve been explained I still can’t play a course yet with paying a 1000 for the software

The "shop" shipment tracking is horrible. It stated delivered multiple times and took forever to get here. Your shipping leaves a lot to be desired.

Golf Sim Depot is definitely your one-stop shop if you plan to build your own sim. Kyle gave me options and explained them clearly.

I already submitted this to the main company. There are pre-drilled holes all over the pipes, so we’re applicable I would screw the bolts into those when I finish the set up. It was too big.
They should not preach you of those holes or they should put a huge bold statement at the top of the sheet. Do not insert any bolts into free drilled holes. Those are a mistake.

Kyle. He was very easy to work with. Lot of different suppliers calling me and at the end of the process I found it great to work with Kyle. Haven’t fully set up my simulator, but in process of that now and extremely excited. Already referred your company to a few people.

I found my item here ( BenQ golf projector) at the best price available. The shipping was fast and my package arrived on time and not damaged.

I bought the Protee VX from Golf Sim Depot. While it was on backorder, their communication was excellent, they had the best price, and when shipped it was quick delivery. They were even able to get me my gspro license while I waited so I could use it on a borrowed launch monitor while waiting for the backorder.

I ordered a product and it too almost a month to ship. After calling them and emailing support, I finally got a call back letting me know they overlooked the order and sent it. Getting ahold of someone to talk to is very very difficult and they are not very responsive.
