We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order.

We do want to clarify one important point: these duffle bags were not listed or sold as new. They are listed as previously issued military surplus in good condition. The product description notes that they may show signs of use, including permanent marker, scuffs, stains, tape residue, repairs, and even painted markings.

After receiving your email, we responded the same day and asked for photos of the duffle bag you described as “falling apart” so we could review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. When we did not hear back, we followed up again a few days later, but unfortunately never received a response.

While cosmetic wear is expected with previously issued military surplus, every bag we ship should still be functional and serviceable. If that was not the case here, we wanted the opportunity to review it and make it right.

Our offer still stands. Please send us a few photos of the bag, and we’ll gladly review the issue.
