Not only did my husband love the print on his new Birdiepolo, he said it was comfortable and lightweight- perfect for a FL tee time. But, for me, the excellent customer service I received to make sure he had the perfect fit is the main reason I will be ordering from Birdiepolo for years to come.

I received the shirt I ordered and it was good quality and I liked it. Bought it for my son and a L is just too small. I contacted Birdielpolos and they responded very quickly and they are sending an XL to replace it with no extra charge. Very nice!

I ordered this shirt for my son’s birthday but when we received it it looked a bit small. I contacted the company and got THE BEST customer service!! They replaced the shirt at no cost and are sending a new one. The responded quickly and with a great resolution. The shirt is GREAT! My son will love it! Will purchase more from them!

I recently ordered two polos from Birdiepolos, one XL Men’s polo and a L Women’s sleeveless polo. The women’s fit perfectly, however the XL ran a bit small. I reached out to request an exchange for an XXL. The customer service representative responded within two days and offered to send a replacement as soon as possible. In addition, they told me to keep the XL free of charge and there was no need to send it back…WOW! I’ll definitely be ordering again and I’ve already shared with several friends who can’t wait to order for gifts.

Do not order unless you can wait, or have lead time of at minimum one month. Very disappointed to not have my order in time for a golf tournament. Which per information on the website would indicate my order would arrive in time. The order has been stuck in transit, per tracking, about 30 miles from my address.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a shirt 14 DAYS ago. Paid for expedited shipping. I keep getting the same message. Don’t worry we will keep an eye on it. It’s coming. Of course I’ve been charged paid for expedited shipping and have no shirt. This is a TOTAL scam. Do NOT order from here.

Great quality polo. Fun design! Also had a great customer service experience where I needed a larger size and they didn’t even make me return the original one. Good experience & my husband loves the polo!

Purchased the wrong size by accident. Email support and they jumped right on it. Couldn’t ask for more.

I ordered a shirt as a gift when on social media. I clicked the design that was being advertised and placed my order. Time from ordering to receipt was extended. The wrong shirt was received - not only wrong color, it was a completely different pattern. Same as others when I reached out to them, was asked to provide photos. I also was not able to locate an order confirmation; they provided an order number when replying to my inquiry. They claim I ordered the shirt in white, which still leaves the reason for the completely different pattern a mystery. I asked about exchanging the shirt. While waiting for a reply, I ventured over to their website which boasts 'Free Exchanges and Returns', their 'Worry-Free Guarantee'.

After reviewing their return and refund policy, I see that I will not be receiving either. I also thought this is an American company; it is not. Word of warning and lesson learned... Buyer Beware

Recently ordered a sleeveless women’s golf polo from Birdiepolos. The shirt arrived and it was so cute! Unfortunately even though I ordered my regular size, the shirt fit smaller than I would like it to. I contacted customer service about their return policy and they were so helpful. Super simple process and I will be receiving a larger size. I can’t wait to wear it out on the course! I would recommend ordering a size up, but I will definitely be ordering from Birdiepolos again.

Love. Love. Love. My husband loved his Frenchie golfing shirt. We did have to exchange for a bigger size and the customer service was incredible, easy and prompt communication. We will definitely be ordering again .

I purchased a hat and shirt. They arrived separately, with no reference to package 1 of 2, or 2 of 2. I emailed customer service who immediately responded. The second package arrived within 24-hours. Quality of the products and service response were excellent.

The team at Birdiepolos has been very helpful with an exchange on a golf shirt. The fabric and the pattern on the shirt is awesome! Golden Retriever shirt is perfect! I will be ordering another one along with a gold caddy cat shirt! Do not hesitate to order from Birdiepolos - VERY GOOD QUALITY!!!!

I ordered a medium shirt for my husband and from our experience, it ran a little on the small side. I contacted Birdiepolos to see if I could exchange it for a large. I received a reply saying that they would send the large shirt and that there was no need for me to return the medium. The large shirt arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We will re-gift the medium shirt. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that!

I bought the pittie polo for my husband's birthday. He absolutely loves it! The size is perfect and good material. My husband also likes the collar how it goes up a bit more so he doesn't get sunburnt while playing golf. We will be ordering more poles. Even though it shipped from China, the polo came pretty quick after ordering.

I ordered 2 shirts for my husband but unfortunately, they were smaller than I expected. I immediately reached out to customer support by email and had a response by the next day. Not only did they respond quicker than I anticipated but they were also willing to ship replacement items in correct sizing absolutely free and no hassle to me. If that doesn’t say enough about their professionalism and customer care, I don’t know what will. That’s top notch service at its finest. I will definitely stand by their products and will be ordering again soon.

I ordered a medium shirt for my boyfriend which was too small. I reached out to customer service to see what the return policy was and after sending pictures of the medium I received they emailed me back to let me know that they’d be sending me a large at no cost and that I did not have to send back the medium.

I was incredibly pleased with the customer service all around. I was fully expecting to have to send the medium back, which would have been 100% okay, but the fact that I didn’t made the process so much easier. The shirt itself was superior quality and the print on it was very well done, I had simply ordered too small of a size.

I highly recommend Birdiepolos and will certainly be shopping here in the future!!
