Have had several ESIMs now from GoGlobal. Always had great service and a great product.
Unfortunately had an issue registering one of the last bought however with the swift support on WhatsApp chat it was resolved in a very swift and professional manner.

I’ve been using GoGlobal-eSIM for a couple of years now while travelling overseas, and they have always been reliable. Recently, I ran into my first-ever issue after a top-up where my data stopped working.

I reached out to their WhatsApp support team, and they responded straight away. They tried their best to diagnose the problem remotely, and when they couldn’t get the original profile to work, they quickly created a new profile and sent me a fresh QR code to install. Everything was back up and running in no time.

Just received amazing customer service from go global. I upgraded my phone and lost access to my eSIM. Go global have replaced my eSIM with the data I had remaining. All ready for my next trip now. Thank you go global, great service and excellent prices. Would highly recommend

I contacted Ian before my trip, gave him the dates I was away and explained that I would be visiting both Australia and New Zealand. He was incredibly helpful in making sure I had the right setup for my trip.

The eSIM was super easy to buy and install, and the prices for topping up are great too. When I arrived in Australia, I couldn’t work out how to get it working on my phone, but that didn’t matter because Ian and his team replied almost instantly and talked me through the settings on my phone until everything was working.

The customer service is genuinely second to none, incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. It made travelling so much easier knowing there was someone there to help if I needed it.

Had an eSIM last year with goglobal had no issues was great! This year messaged back to ask on another eSIM, was very helpful like last year and explained everything perfect and any worries I had reassured me. Brilliant customer service!

Setting up the SIM has been simple in most cases but my phone decided to make it a little more difficult this time. Customer service were contacted and straight on it with a live operator to work through the issue very rapidly. Cannot recommend them enough!
