About eSIM.net
Written by the company
eSIM.net is the premier UK eSIM store selling travel and UK domestic eSIM plans. We partner with O2, Vodafone and Three to supply their eSIM services. You can order an eSIM online and receive, install and use it instantly.
Our plans are extremely competitive, with an Unlimited Data, Voice and SMS service costing £20 per month. The plans are rolling 30 day, there is no commitment and you can cancel at any time. Unlike other eSIM stores our travel products are "full service". This means that in addition to data, they support voice calls and SMS. In addition they offer 5G service in most countries. Never get caught again not being able to book a restaurant or phone a taxi when you are travelling.
eSIMs are here to stay. Apple and other manufacturers will soon release phones that don’t support the old plastic SIM cards. Get a future proof service from eSIM.net.

Outstanding customer support
Outstanding customer support. I made a mistake in selecting a plan. I wrote an email to customer support who answered within minutes (on a Sunday no less!) and refunded the cost of the plan so I could select the correct one. Can't ask for more than that!
Excellent 👌
Good for a one-off eSIM/ WARNING Recurring service
Good for a one-off eSIM – I wouldn’t choose the recurring option
I’ve used eSIM.net successfully and think it works well for a one-off eSIM. However, my experience of the recurring service exposed a significant weakness in its notification system.
The subscription renews every 30 days, while the data allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month. This is disclosed when you move to a recurring plan, but customers need to understand the practical consequences of those two cycles being different.
More importantly, eSIM.net confirmed to me that they do not send:
* a reminder before an automatic renewal payment;
* a warning when you are approaching your data allowance; or
* a notification when your allowance has been exhausted.
You can check your data usage online, but eSIM.net also confirmed that this information does not update in real time.
That combination is the problem for me. With a recurring mobile-data service, I would expect to be warned that my data is running low or has run out, and to receive advance notification of an upcoming payment. Having to monitor it yourself is particularly unsatisfactory when the usage information isn’t real-time.
Their Complaints Department was prompt and courteous, and they told me they are considering a solution for data-usage notifications, which is positive.
My verdict: good for a one-off eSIM, but I wouldn’t currently recommend the recurring service.
I purchased an SMS-only eSIM
Though I experienced difficulties in connecting my eSim in the beginning, thanks to the professional support from their customer care and technical support I did manage to connect it. Thank you!
I’ve had a disappointing experience…
I’ve had a disappointing experience with eSIM.net. I’ve been paying to keep a UK number active, but I receive spam/scam calls from different UK numbers almost every day.
I contacted customer support and was told that UK operators recycle numbers and that I should simply block the calls. That isn’t really a solution when the calls come from different numbers each time, and silencing unknown callers could also mean missing legitimate calls.
Customer service were polite, but unfortunately not very helpful, and I don’t feel the service has been worth the money.
Very happy with eSIM.net
Very happy with eSIM.net. Professional, helpful and friendly service. They care about their customers and are willing to help when needed. I really appreciate their approach and would definitely use their services again in the future.
👍
Plan with EU data roaming
I used plan with EU data roaming. No issues at all. 5min after I got signal in EU internet was active. I visited 6 countries. Excellent bandwidth everywhere. Of course, in cities it is better than in some rural areas, but it is normal, like in any other network. Definitely worth and my first choice next time.
Amazing product
Amazing product! Very easy to install! Very fast connection in France & Spain. Will definitely keep using Esim.net during my trips.

eSIM. net not working in US as per their instructions.
I bought an eSIM from Australia to be used in USA. It cost me AUD 19 for a 10 Day US Package boasting 10GB. I managed to successfully activate the eSIM on my Samsung G S22 Ultra using the QR code. It was set up correctly, but not activated. After arriving in the US I tried to activate the eSIM. It failed to connect. After a few emails with the eSIM customer support I got some advice which did not work well. However, I applied the correct Roaming settings which actually activated the SIM connecting to Verizon Wireleas. After a Speed Test, I noted a very slow speed DL 0.94 Mbps/ UL 2.51 Mbps. I sent a screenshot to eSIM customer support but it did not help. eSIM operates under a roaming arrangement with Hutchison Hong Kong. I bought another SIM at the LA Airport which cost about USD 88 for 30GB and unlimited US calls for 30 days. This SIM worked as expected. Please do not buy from eSIM. net to be used in the US as the roaming arrangement looks dodgy.
I lost AUD 19 for this dodgy provider who refused give me a refund for their technical short comings.
Excellent price and cell coverage
My wife and I were amazed with the price of our eSIM's, for a full month of calls, texts, and data. The cell coverage throughout the UK was excellent. We chose the 30G plan, and that was more than enough data for us. The customer service was also excellent.
Not a Good Option
Hi all, on my Europe trip to Italy, France, Switzerland after several research I choose to buy eSIM.net O2 Europe Travel Plus Plan over better option of Mobi Matter and Airalo, just because I needed a local number to make voice calls in Europe.
After reaching Italy I found out it was very useful with data network so I was enjoying. Once I reached to Paris my data was amazing but I had to make an important call so I tried to make a voice call but unfortunately France mobile number or landline number was not connecting with or without international code.
I tried to troubleshoot with chatboot, after several try chatboot asked me to write email.
I got reply by Mr.Jason that everything looks fine, no issue from there end and he escalated the matter to upper level as I demanded refund. But they did not refund anything at that stage.
After few days I went to Switzerland, now data network start creating problem, and definitely No Voice calls again. So what was the point of buying this eSIM, again I mailed addressing to Mr.Jason explaining the problem but no more reply from there end, forget about REFUND.
Here I started using my India Jio Network, my Jio Network was amazing there for voice call and data even it was slightly expensive . My another mobile with Mobi Matter network was also good. Once I went to Glacier 3000 the network of esim.net was good but at lower level was bad in Switzerland.
Ultimately I had to use often my Jio network , if I knew this I would definatley not purchase this. I saw good review about it but it is NOT A GOOD OPTION. Definitely next time I will not buy it.

Bought 3 esim for Orange Spain, some issues resolved with support
Bought 3 esim for Orange Spain, they worked OK but with some specifics. Web site doesn't show the data usage statistics, so unable to verify how much data left. All of them require PIN code, provided via email - make sure to change the pin to easy to remember (0000) and disable SIM lock. I got one SIM locked due to 3 wrong PIN attempts (when you buy multiple esims its easy to miss), it took 3 days to get a PUK from support and finally unlock it.
Esim.net is a scam
I purchased an eSIM for Spain. I received the eSIM by email within two hours, but the QR code was not accepted by my router. The installation stopped at 40% with an error stating that the verification code was invalid.
The eSIM package included a verification code, but it was not the required 6-digit code. I contacted eSIM.net for support and received a reply from Rebecca with some general troubleshooting tips, but none of them solved the problem.
I then sent them the log files from my router. They replied that the logs were very helpful and that they would forward the issue to their technical team. That was four days ago. Since then, I have received no further response to any of my emails, and my QR code is still unusable.
In the end, I had to purchase another eSIM from a different provider. They supplied a valid QR code immediately, and I am now online without any issues.
The service from eSIM.net has been extremely disappointing. You pay for a service that doesn’t work, and when you need support, they simply stop responding.
very fast response from support team

”5G eSIM” does not really deliver 5G
Ordered a global “5G” eSIM on their website - promised 5G connectivity. When I got to my travel destination, I was only able to get LTE (4G). Despite repeated attempts to get in touch with customer service, they said they would look into it but never got back to me about my complaint.
I bought another eSIM from somewhere else instead, and managed to get 5G on my phone. So it’s clearly eSIM.net’s issue - they shouldn’t advertise 5G when really it only delivers 4G. Poor customer service.
I used eSim.net twice. Great service.
I used eSim.net twice in the past two years, to purchase coverage for my child while traveling in Europe. Basic UK-based plans and coverage are least expensive and the best while traveling in the EU space.
Simple to setup as a secondary sim on smartphn with provided instructions and immediately available for use. Moreover, there's an actual support team for any issues with reasonable reply times. Great service. Will use again in August '26. Thank you!
i have used them in the past
i have used them in the past, now i bought again and not working, request for solution then they said i bought new one, bought again and still not working, but along with their assistance, everything become smooth again and i can have service as i want
