Very reliable service

It was a very pleasant experience, there were no signal problems at all. The internet was just right and I didn't encounter any problems or other difficulties!

Really good value eSIMs that typically upload and work just as they're meant to. My mobile phone contract with small but very good provider SPUSU (try them if you don't know them - they're brilliant) is a steal at just £5 a month including 3GB free EU roaming, but I travel a lot, so when I need more EU roaming than that or i'm roaming beyond the EU Quibity is my first port of call for a cheap reliable eSIM.

The esim worked really well in turkiyewith no issues, very easy to use and easy to top up when needed as well. Would highly recommend.

I travelled through Albania, Montenegro, BiH and Serbia. I purchased a 5Gb plan/15 days. Through the trip I always had connection. I could navigate with maps, speak and use the internet on the road while using WiFi on camping spots. So I had full coverage 24/7 at a very convenient price. I appreciate that all 12 balcan countries where included,so once activated I had no more to worry.
Very easy and straightforward purchase/ installation and follow up, with reminders of the consumption in real time.
I recommend Quibity for anybody that wants convenience that works.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

I purchased an eSIM for my trip expecting to have mobile data as advertised. I followed the activation instructions, but the eSIM never worked. I even removed it from my phone and attempted to reinstall it, but it still could not be used.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the customer support.

Instead of investigating my case, they repeatedly relied on generic explanations about what "usually" happens and claimed that 90% of issues are caused by incorrect settings. They repeatedly suggested that I had configured something incorrectly despite admitting that these were only assumptions and not confirmed by their own system. At no point did they identify the actual cause of the problem in my case.

I repeatedly explained that I followed the instructions, attempted to resolve the issue myself, and even removed and tried to reinstall the eSIM. I also explained that I couldn't contact support immediately because I had no internet connection—the very reason I had purchased the eSIM in the first place. Rather than acknowledging this, they continued to tell me I should have contacted support earlier and provided screenshots, completely ignoring the reality of the situation.

It genuinely felt as though nobody was reading what I was writing. Every response focused on defending the company, quoting the refund policy, or referring to what happens with other customers instead of addressing the facts of my case.

To make matters worse, despite the service never being usable, they refused to provide a full refund to my original payment method unless I accepted a deduction or took store credit.

A company should judge each case on its own facts, not make assumptions and repeatedly blame the customer without evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. If something goes wrong, don't expect your individual situation to be taken seriously.

Everything was simple and clear. I connected to the internet without any problems and at a good price.

Easy to use - but a little awkward to install if you are reading emails on your phone so can’t scan the QR code and have to use another device to take a photo of the QR code to then scan using your phone. Apart from that it was great! Reliable, cheap and good to keep an eye on usage! Would definitely use again.
