AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with
They do not have a shop in Australia or an outlet or warehouse
They do not do actually take back returns
They sell items that are unsafe in Australia
I ordered 2 fans that turned up as 110v -but au is 240v (they have now changed this)
They promised me a refund or the opportunity of spending a credit by only paying 30%of the price of the goods the seller
Problem was they never told me how to redeem this despite possibly 60 emails
It took until I got the bank involved to get a reply - THEN they changed their position and wouldn’t give me anything they said too bad. Just return the goods I was then told
I had to return the big boxes back to China. Which almost cost me the same amount
AND do you think I believed I’d ever get a refund if I did
NO WAY!!

Friendly and helpful support.

Company is apparently a dropshipper for at least some of its products, so expect delivery delays. Friendly and helpful support from the customer service team. Product meets my expectations.
