I was trying to give someone an Ulta digial gift card. Not sure if going through a third party, Giftly, was mandatory or could chosen going directly through Ulta. The service fee was rather high. I'm not sure if it's a flat rate or proportional.
One good thing is that the receiver of the gift can message the gift giver via giftly. That's something I appreciate.

My son had difficulty accessing his Gift Card. It took days. I was about to ask for a refund, but finally today he was able to use it.

I think a $7 charge to buy a gift card is too much!

I thought you could use it instantly. I was sending little ones to my son in Hawaii and he told me he needed to activate them first and it took like two or three days that didn’t make sense to me other than that he got them activated them and they worked.

I liked the ordering and sending. The receiptent trashed it thinking it was spam and after I asked about the gift, had to retrieve it out of the delete box. Thankfully to use it. I there a wat to let them know it's legit? Thanks

We were sending a gift card to a family member in another state. Fraudulent charges started almost immediately! There were several emails with charges when I went to my email to check my purchase. All false! It was Friday night so we have to wait til Monday to call the bank.
This is not a safe site!

Added gift certificates for my business to their website with no authorization or contract with us. Refuses to take it down. Filing a lawsuit against them currently. Scam and awful business practices.

VERY MISLEADING AND CONFUSING. THINK YOUR PURCHASING A GIFT CARD (as a gift for a recipient)??? .... THINK AGAIN!!! YOU ARE NOT GETTING A GIFT CARD (and the final cost will be well over your gift card dollar amount) READ THE FINE PRINT. SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF FRUSTRATION, AND GO A DIFFERENT ROUTE TO GET A SPECIFIC GIFT CARD FOR A SPECIAL RECIPIENT!!!!!!

Zero if I could! Less than 3 hours after I purchased a card, the fraudulent charges from Giftly started coming through. Numerous charges! Thousands of dollars! It started with $108, then multiple charges over $500 each. All from Giftly! My bank called me first thing this morning asking if this was me or fraud. FRAUD. I had to get a new bank card. I asked for a refund. The system refused a refund. Then via email, Samantha at Giftly support offered a refund, to which I said yes. Expecting a refund from them, I then bought the same item on Amazon. Then I got another email from Samantha - now refusing to refund - so now I'm stuck with duplicate items, bank charges for a new card, all the hassle, time of my wasted day, and a new account set up at Giftly that either has no effective hacker firewall or else which has thieves working for them. Likely thieves! I would give Giftly NEGATIVE 100 if possible. #angry

I was able to find a gift card quickly to send my mom for her birthday! In addition, it notified me once she opened it, so I didn't have to worry about whether or not she received it. Very easy to use!
