Great customer and care team support
Customer support responds quickly to questions and concerns. My nurse practitioner is excellent. She answered all my questions about my meds and what to expect. She clearly explained the dosing, possible side effects, and actions I can take to help alleviate side effects. Everyone I've spoken to is caring and customer focused.

The price is the best
The price is the best. Starting my 4th month. I pay for 3 months at a time. I love that I have dietitian calls and care coaching calls. Customer service is helpful . Today I spoke to Coi, she was amazing in helping with everything.

Honestly I have not experienced any change. I’m still hungry all the time, it takes willpower not to eat! I’m disappointed. I think I need a stronger dose.

Dont believe “cancel anytime”, or “money back guarantee”
I tried this program because there is no set standards on compounded medications and they had a money back guarantee. I was on Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) with fantastic results till insurance dropped it. This compound “Tirzepatide” had the same mild side effects but did not move the scale or measurements a single bit. I did all the things, dietician, talked to the care team, and stayed on till the highest dose. Nothing. I emailed to cancel- per their policy, weeks before my next prescription was due, they didn’t cancel. I received the email that prescription was sent to the pharmacy- I emailed again saying do not fill- This membership is canceled. They filled it. I called, with a 45 minute hold time, finally talked to a person that confirmed it is canceled and will refund my prorated membership- after charging the maximum monthly rate, a 6 month refund is $354, charging the highest monthly rate $279 for the unauthorized last fill that was sent. I’m going to pursue the money back guarantee, which requires a doctors attestation for current weight. I’ll update how that goes. I give them 2 stars because it is set up nicely with video visits with real doctors as opposed to the AI ran programs, too bad it’s just a money grab like the majority of them are.

I also want to clarify our cancellation process. We do allow patients to cancel their membership at any time prior to their prescription being sent to the pharmacy. However, once the prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy, we are unfortunately no longer able to cancel the prescription because the pharmacy takes over the fulfillment process at that point.
That said, I see the information you have already been submitting to us regarding your experience with the program and your lack of results. I would be happy to personally help you with the Money-Back Guarantee request.
I understand that you have had a frustrating experience, and I appreciate you acknowledging the positive aspects of your care, including your visits with our providers. I would truly like the opportunity to speak with you directly and work with you toward a resolution.
