After asking for a refund that was initially refused, I escalated it to a manager. He offered me options which I agreed to.
The initial refusal should not have happened. However, my interaction with the manger was polite and agreeable. The final outcome was acceptable to me and we parted ways with politeness. Congratulations and thank you to the manger involved, it was a pleasure to speak with him. Thank you.

I find the content helpful
I find the content helpful. Unfortunately I ran into a technical glitch where the same content was repeated day after day. After the usual fixes failed I contacted the App developers. They responded quickly to my email but the best they could do was restart my program from the beginning which was disappointing.

Great customer service
I signed up for the trial offer, and the program automatically renews. It’s very easy to cancel anytime if the program doesn’t work, or fit your needs.
I had a question, and reached out to their team by phone, and left a msg. They responded the same day via email, over the weekend to assist me.
The foundation of their program includes respect & communication and it starts in their front office.

It has been a very helpful tool. It’s not the complete answer but it is a really good starting point. It helps you set a routine and allows you to learn at your own pace. Many parts of the app are very useful. It has helped me set up a great routine and has allowed me to work on myself. The AI portion is helpful in directing you to proper answers. Again it is not the answer to issues but a great starting point to find and be directed to the answers you are looking for.

It's a scam. They charge you with 50 euros after a month without any warning. The service does not have any real value.

Expensive and ineffective
Like many other negative reviews, it is not clear that the sign up process leads to an expensive subscription that is charged automatically without your permission. I barely used the site as it was clear this was a lot of mostly AI generated psychology without actually providing advice on how to deal with the issues. Like the app, I suspect the overwhelming positive reviews are also AI generated.
My advice, is to buy yourself a good book on the subject!
