I tried the 1 week trial. More for my daughter than anything. As soon as I got the notive I went and cancelled it...my cost for not cancelling the app within 6 days was 50.49...Don't do it!!!

Chilio not as advertised. No refund.
Chilio advertises their product as capable of being customized. However, that is not true. The only thing allowed is choosing tasks from a static list. And that static list does not include everyday tasks.
When I IMMEDIATELY requested a refund, I was told that they don't give refunds because their product doesn't meet their advertised attributes. Their response was to allow me a 50% refund.

I have never been able to access the account. In July I have emailed asking for assistance. I am yet to receive a response. I have continuously emailed asking to cancel and have never received an acknowledgment. Do not use because they will not let you cancel. Worse customer service ever!!! If you like spending £40 per month on absolutely nothing, then this is for you.
