They are so bad, and dont deliver what they promise. i ordered a guitar 3 months ago, and they keep saying its out of stock, even though it doesnt show on their website. Really bad service, just give the refund

Had a defect on an instrument
Had a defect on an instrument, Gear4music would not honor the warranty and offer a replacement of the part even though it was a very cheap plastic part and instead blamed me for mishandling the product.
I will not be purchasing any products from them again.
