It was easy to go through my options, customize the card, and get it ordered. The product was exactly what we were looking for to send to our clients this year for Thanksgiving. Having heavier cardstock and gold foil makes quite a difference.

The service was great and the cards we ordered were in perfect condition and exactly what we ordered. I have used Gallery Collection each year for Christmas Cards for a non-profit and we are always satisfied. One critique in the service is the non-stop mailings throughout the year. I know the goal is to get us to order birthday cards and such year-round, but that is just not feasible for us. I know the company and how to order online, so please save the expense of sending throughout the year. :)

We ordered greeting cards that required a disclosure to be printed on the back of the cards. I worked with Stephen Wilcox on this ordered. When the shipment was delivered the disclosure was not printed on the back of the cards like the proof's showed and we discussed multiple times via email. When I called Gallery about the issue I spoke with Marielh who was very helpful and was able to get a new order out to us containing the disclosure printed on the back.

We placed three separate orders totaling approximately 8,500 cards across three different brands, and the entire experience was fantastic!

The website was extremely user-friendly, with all the options clearly laid out, making the ordering process simple and straightforward. I did have a question along the way and used the chat feature. Not only did I receive a quick, clear, and helpful response, but I was actually chatting with a REAL PERSON, not a robot!! (I absolutely loved this!)

The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. From order confirmation to production updates, shipping notifications, and tracking information, I was kept informed every step of the way.

And most importantly, the finished products did not disappoint! The cards arrived looking beautiful, and the quality was excellent!
