Crisis averted and peace achieved
My computer was hacked and the repair technician said I needed to delete the Historian app and lose 25+ years of organized photos! Ultimately a solution was found. But I immediately called Forever to learn the Historian files would be stored. The rep was very patient and helpful getting me set up and files transferred. I am no longer fearful of losing the family history in pictures and am grateful to be able to share and pass down the heritage. I appreciated the time and attention I was given during my mini crisis moment.

The photos were rolled up into a box…
The photos were rolled up into a box and it left a mark in the picture. I had to lay them flat and weighted before I framed them. I will not order prints again if this is how they are shipped.

Excellent quality and thoughtful gifts
I have purchased many personalized products in the last few years from Forever. I bought a personalized pillow for a friend of mine, and she absolutely loved it. They were pictures of her, and her and I at various events. She said that she had never received such a nice gift. The quality of the products is excellent.

My daughter-in-law lost her little…
My daughter-in-law lost her little Frenchie unexpectedly. I miss that little one and decided to create a memorial book for her. Have Artisan6 and downloaded a few free dog kits and some misc others. Created a beautiful book with cover and pages with lots of my pics of the pup and embellishments. Last page I had a wonderful poem AI helped me create. Verified my pages, uploaded to Forever, put in coupon and ordered. Received my book the next week. Fast and it turned out perfect! So happy and excited to give her this soon.

Extremely disappointed!
I was really looking forward to getting these images digitized. When I received the email to go ahead and view my images, I was SO disappointed. Mamy of the images were blurry and the color wasn't accurate at all on most of them - they looked really washed out.
I waited so long to get these done. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I won't be recommending your service to anyone.

Disappointed that little option but to purchase or lose previous investment
I don't like that the only way to really continue using this was to be forced to purchase one off license or very high priced subscription for something that is not used everyday and no other options. I reliase the things do become obsolete but the fact that kits or packages that purchased cannot be used in other software. Adobe kits can often be used in other software such as affinity so isn't a complete loss, unlike with artisan. I think this monopoly with forever is not not good and means I would not recommend anyone take it up now and to find alternative. I have only stayed because I have used it since it's first iteration as story book creator
