Much to my surprise, frankly, my call to customer service was answered promptly. Responses to my questions regarding initial stages of downloading and installation were spot-on and supported by follow-up emails with useful tools and tips. Interaction with Jake was a positive experience.

Alex was very patient and Helpful. It was also helpful that there was no waiting time and when I called 3 times and I always got Alex. But I am an apple user and the only microsoft products I use are Excel and Word and this process was a reminder of how absolutely user UNFRIENDLY microsoft is. You have got to figure out a way to fix this. You guys should be embarased about this.

Intimidation by MS!
I was quite intimidated by the MS 365 installation jargon on the MS website but Tyler made it real simple. I did not realize I had already done most of the installation work (poor procedure from MS) but Tyler reassured me and it wasn't a problem.

Tyler was extremely patient with this 84 yearly woman who needed interpretation of directives that my literal analog brain could not follow!
He manage to get me to where I need to be in record time, for which I am most grateful, especially since once he got me to the right location I was able to download my new home office 2021 with ease
