I bought MS software, but I did not know how to get it onto my laptop to find the guidelines. But it was very hard for me, so I almost gave up because your site shows all kinds of coupons, so I thought I was lost on this website. Several days later, I tried again to see if I could get back the money I paid. Fortunately, I got help from an MS person named David, like an angel to me, to lead me the right way and helped me load MS software easily, and I was so happy finally. He kept letting me know, one by one to finish my job easily. Even after loading the software I had many questions, so I asked him, but he was never annoyed and happily guided me the right way. I am still astonished by his help and kindness; I have never been treated like this. I even asked about other MS related problem but he guided me in the right way. So I am very happy with him, named "David".

I purchased Microsoft 365 to use for college courses over a year ago. We recently experienced a house fire and everything is a total loss. While replacing one of our two laptops, I replied to that e-mail from over a year ago, not expecting a response and feeling defeated about having to re-purchase something that has already been paid for. However to my surprise, I received a response within two hours and with it came a helpful solution. Tom was empathetic to what we are going through right now and it is so refreshing for something positive like this!

I don't know why anyone would buy MS Office any other way. The license is valid, product support is excellent (they reply within minutes to questions) and the deal I got was excellent. It's a no-brainer.

Customer service was lightning fast. Assisting details were specific enough to allow a very easy solution. The problem was NOT caused by them, but by Microsoft’s parasitic habit to refuse to uninstall previous program components. Techno support Dave was great!

I am 67 and slow with the Mac. i am good on window. I made mistake on Groupon and purchase the micro office for my window and i been the email asking them to help me.
on a SUNDAY David took all afternoon to get me and up and running. I was trying top get the license after 30 days i purchased was a no no.
