Brilliant experience, found it super easy to claim compensation with Flugrecht! I was always kept up to date with my case and received my compensation after being completely hands off and letting the experts do their job.

Two times I used this Flugrecht, with two different airlines and cases, we won 2 times :-). The website is clear if you have chances or not to make a claim on the airline based on your case (delay extension, location, flight number, etc). Handing the case over to Flugrecht makes it take more time. I had already received a compensation offer from the airline for 400 €, but the simulation in Flugrecht said It would be 678.25 €, so I handed the claim to them.
However after 3 weeks they only received the 400 € and after commission it amounts to 266.72 €.
I wouldn't recommend using the service and just ask the airline directly.

After a problem with my flights during ta trip I send the info to Flugrecht.de and they took care of evething (up to the legal dispute at the court) and I got my reimbursement! Realy recommended

Could I struggle with the airline myself and get the full compensation amount? Yes.
But with Flugrecht I just filled the fields of what happened before even leaving the airport, and let them do the job. They've updated me on every step of the way what was going on and the compensation was in my bank account one month after the incident. Makes you want to have a random 8h delay again :)

I had a flight with TunisAir from Hamburg to Tunisia in 2023 that was delayed by one and a half days. I first filed a complaint with TunisAir, but they never replied. Then I contacted the German dispute resolution office (Bundesamt für Justiz, Schlichtungsstelle Luftverkehr), which kept the case for over a year without any result, since TunisAir simply ignored all their attempts to reach them. In the end, the case was closed without any progress.

After that, I tried Rejseforsinkelse.dk, but they couldn’t help because the flight neither departed from nor arrived in Denmark. Finally, on June 2nd, 2025, I contacted Flugrecht – and by September 20th, they had already managed to get TunisAir to pay the compensation I was entitled to!

Flugrecht were very professional, and they handled everything in English, which made the whole process easy and stress-free for me – I didn’t have to struggle through any German documents or forms. They kept me informed throughout, and their communication was clear and reliable.

They did take one third of the compensation, but after all the trouble and the lack of response from both the airline and the authorities, it was absolutely worth it. I had honestly given up hope of getting anything at all.

I’m really happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with flight delays or cancellations. Excellent support and results!

They had initially suggested that I would receive a certain amount of compensation, which was higher than what the airlines was offering other passengers directly. This was the reason I went with them. However, after asking me to mail this document and that document (not trivial, as I don't live in Germany and had to use international mailing services), they finally came back with the same amount as what the airlines was directly offering, but actually EVEN lower, as they were taking a hefty amount of commission. Such a waste of time, energy, and money. I would not go with them in future.

Great service! It would be great to have an option to switch to English for those of us who don’t speak the language, but overall, still an amazing experience. I hope this encourages carriers to improve their services.
