Great service from EUflight in 3 simple steps:
1) 1st day: fill out online questionnaire regarding your trip
2) 2nd day: get offer from EUflight if applicable and sign / provide required documents
3) 3rd day: receive agreed amount on your bank account.
The fees from EUflight are quite high (33% of the amount you are entitled acc. to EU law), however this saves you precious time and headaches dealing directly with the airline. So in my case, I found it to be a good deal.

They deal with cases in which you can claim the compensation easy yourself.
Thus, ask them and if they give positive answer, make a claim against the flight Co yourself.
Else - address others who pay on success.
(In the case they refused I got refund from flight-right in one month.)

Over three hours delay in a long-distance flight, which amounts to restitution of 600 euros. After an automatic assessment by euflight.de's system, it tells me that the case is not eligible for restitution. Very disappointing

The procedure is transparent, the offer is fast and you are compensated within 24 hours from acceptance of offer.
I would suggest to make/accept bank transfer to non-EU bank accounts in the future.
