I was very pleased with the service that I received. The gentleman that helped me out was very professional and easy to work with.

Everything was completed as we wanted it to be and Mo was very professional.

Not only did the representative show up on time… but the communication for the whole process. And the final completion of the fan installation was as promised.

The ease of the booking process and communication was excellent. They were willing to work with my schedule and actually came on a weekend when I was available. The commitment and service of my technician was outstanding. He didn’t have the right screws and instead of re-scheduling, went to the hardware store to purchase the right ones and finish the job. My shelves look beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy. I will rebook with FixTman in a heartbeat!

Very disappointing experience. The original invoice was $139.17, and I was later offered $109 to “call it a day.” I have time-stamped documentation showing the technician’s arrival and that the invoice was created less than an hour later. Based on the discrepancies in the invoice and the supporting documentation, I believe the invoice was fraudulent and inaccurate. I also no longer feel comfortable allowing this company back into my home, despite the 30-day guarantee, and I now have to pay another company to correct the work.
I would not recommend this company.

I use FixTMan often. Great communication. The technicians arrive on time, work efficiently and do great work.

We reached out to have someone out together a kids playground set and they coordinated it for us and were very professional about it. It was a very good experience. This is the second time we have used them and have not been disappointed.

Quick professional in and out service to hang a very heavy piece of artwork on the wall, exactly where we wanted it. The service made it very easy to make payment and identify the right anti person.

Requested a treadmill to be moved and assembled, Mr. Peter Paley replied promptly stating he'd do the job alone-which is unheard of, my treadmill is huge.
A week later, I tried to run on my tread, only to realize the buttons on the rail no longer worked. I tried to call Mr. Paley back, he no longer replies to my text or answers his phone.
FixTman doesn't seem to care. The HR number doesn't work and I am getting default replies with no actual schedule to get the job looked at.

Would never hire this company again. A waste of $350.

The person Fixit had sent was very professional. He was a nice guy. He understood exactly what I needed and he did a great job hanging up my pictures perfectly.

Contractor arrived early. He installed my over the range microwave in less than 30 minutes. Professional and courteous. Ill use this service again.

John Henderson did an excellent job replacing a 5p year old over the stove microwave with a new one. Home depot's team could not do the job, but John thought it through and solved the 50 year problem with no issues at all.
