Nash, the one who took our Customer Series Call today pertaining to our non-functioning A/C System did an excellent job handling our concerns and jumped right on it with a helpful solution that satisfied the situation.

I applied for a rental house from FirstKey Homes and my application was denied. I did not receive a call or email from anyone to discuss. I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs a rental. I am in need of a place to go because I was out of work for 12 months for a medical condition. My credit score was not great but I have made all my payments on time for the last 30 years until I got sick. They had me apply anyway and i wasted 110.00 on the application.

Kia was amazing! He was easy to understand and answered all my questions with great explanation. And gave me some resources to help me as well so I can get schedule a tour. She also made me feel supported and willing to help me with any concerns and follow up with me. I feel so great to know i am in good handswith this company because I know while she is here guided me! Thank you so much Kia, your amazing

Lorie really helped us today to handle an issue we had when it came to not having our correct new Lease Home Orientation Report put into our FirstKey File- instead, having been issued the wrong House for our Observation Report. But Llrie calmly and professionally handled this problem with grace and kindness too during our FirstKey Help-Support Customer Service Call. We really appreciated Lorie’s professionalism, kindness and directness and willingness to help us that she exhibited throughout the entire call

Tyrone provided fast and friendly service… he was also able to educate me on how the water main system works and what to look out for if I am concerned that it is not working if I ever need assistance again I will request Tyrone if he is available.

Rohit Biswas was very knowledgeable. They were able to give me insight on what was going on with my application, the next steps and what to look forward to. Thank you for being so helpful and patient.

I called Firstkey because I was unhappy with the repairs that were performed. Juneless answered the call. Juneless listened to my concerns and reassured me that she would do her best to make sure my concerns were addressed.
