The team has been incredibly responsive and attentive from day one. Everything was handled smoothly and clearly, making the whole process completely stress-free. Truly helpful service!
Their team is remarkably responsive, proactive, and attentive, providing constant updates and swift problem solving
Love the communication with Belong! Responsive and attentive, how refreshing is that?!
Constant coverage and feedback. Positive problem solving.
As the owner of a large portfolio of rentals, the Belong Team has been able to find, screen, place and service multiple tenants sometimes in fairly remote locations.
If I could I would leave 0 stars.
From the hidden fees, to the angry tennats. Belong as far incompetent workers and zero customer service.
Stay as far away as possible. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY IN THIER HANDS!!!

Had the pleasure of working with Maia during a difficult time. She was able to assist with getting everything back on track.
We moved into a rental home on August 11th, and everything, from the rental management company to the condition of the house have been a nightmare, we've had no peace. 3 toilets didn't work right, a smoke detector in a bdrm cathedral ceiling beeped loudly all hours of the day and night because we couldn't reach it. I'm a senior citizen and can't climb on a ladder that high. An outdoor outlet was without a cover, etc, etc, this isn't half of the needed repairs! All the towel racks fell off the wall on day one. It took two weeks to get them to fix the smoke alarm even though we told them we couldn't sleep. We asked for clarity about water, sewer, and trash billing from day one and now at day 22, we still can't get a straight answer. We have been asking for a mailbox key for weeks, they didn't give us one, then the HOA put new boxes and won't release a key to us. Belong Colorado, Inc (mostly foreigners) act like they don't understand, keep patronizing us and apologizing but don't resolve anything. I am on my last nerve with these people. The gas stove doesn't work right, the driveway slabs are unlevel about 3 inches in places and have been a hazard, we've tripped and twisted an ankle, and just wait till winter when water pools and freezes in those areas. They have breached our contract, no doubt. I am telling my story to help others avoid renting property managed by these incompetent people. One more thing I want to add, is I put their Coral Gables, Florida address, the one on my lease, into Maps, 1172 S Dixie Hwy #483, Coral Gables, FL 33146. Turns out this is a UPS mailbox location!!
AI slop company. They cannot maintain a single thing and are slow to repair anything. They're extremely disorganized and I cannot get into contact with anyone that will help me. They keep giving my address and phone number to random contractors and will not schedule anything with me. Random people call me and say they're at my home to paint my garage when I never said it needed to be painted. I have SQUIRRELS living in my roof and they haven't removed them or fixed the hole in a week. STAY AWAY!!! ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY AI.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT RENT THROUGH BELONG — READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO
I would not recommend renting through Belong based on our experience. The biggest issue has been the landlord, but Belong’s lack of communication and follow-through has made an already frustrating situation even worse.
We have dealt with multiple property issues that we were told would be addressed, yet we’ve repeatedly had to follow up and document everything just to get basic concerns acknowledged.
The AC was one of the worst examples. We dealt with an AC that was not properly cooling our home for MONTHS. The landlord acknowledged that the ongoing issue caused our electric bill to be significantly higher and initially agreed to reimburse us for the additional cost.
Then she changed her mind.
This came after repeatedly attempting to send her husband to our home to address the AC issue, despite him not being qualified to properly diagnose or repair it. After months of dealing with the problem and the resulting high electric bills, she ultimately backed away from the reimbursement she had originally agreed to.
And the problems are still happening.
Our pool has now been BLACK for an entire week. Which is not the first time ! We were told issues would be addressed, yet we are still waiting for that to happen. We are paying to live in a property with a pool that we cannot use because it is not being properly maintained.
We were also required to complete an inspection, which we did, and we passed. Given the circumstances, the inspection felt less like an effort to resolve our concerns and more like an effort for the landlord to protect herself from the issues we had been reporting.
Most importantly, George—who was assigned to our situation—stopped responding after we passed the inspection. That says a lot about the level of communication and follow-through we have experienced.
Things breaking in a rental property is normal. Leaving tenants to repeatedly chase answers, dealing with unresolved issues for months, backing away from promised reimbursement, and then going silent is not.
We have cooperated with maintenance, completed the inspection, reported our concerns, and documented everything. We should not have to fight this hard to have legitimate issues with the home addressed.
If you are considering renting through Belong, document EVERYTHING. Save your emails, texts, maintenance requests, photos, videos, receipts, and any promises made to you.
And avoid using the landlord we had if possible she has been horrible and i’ve been stationed all over and have lived in many places and by far she is the worst landlord I have ever had. Cheap would be an understatement, oh and from all of the ac visits all we have is a messy garage because we have yet for someone to come clean it up which we put a request in for 2 months ago. Again shows you everything we’ve been experiencing while we’re paying rent on time every month still.
Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before trusting Belong with your home and your money.

Our first time touring and Andrew was very pleasant, and attentive. He made sure that we are comfortable while touring the apartment.
Very nice broke everything down and was really helpful.
Jose was very diligent and polite. He understood our frustrations and was always pushing to help as much as he could.
DO NOT HIRE BELONG. My experience was an unmitigated disaster that proved this company is more of a parasitic middleman than a professional property management service.
Within weeks of signing, they demonstrated a complete disregard for my privacy by handing out my personal home address to my resident without authorization. Their administrative competence is non-existent; they held my rental proceeds hostage for weeks simply because their broken, rigid digital workflow couldn't process a standard W-9 for my LLC.
They are not managers; they are a glorified, inefficient call center that adds layers of complexity to every basic task. Their "maintenance" model appears specifically engineered to extract $100+ "assessment" fees just to look at a problem, while actual repairs go ignored. I spent my time fighting their internal bureaucracy and repeating basic information to different teams rather than receiving the professional management I paid for. If you value your time, your money, and your privacy, stay as far away from Belong as possible.

Once I was able to talk to a real person, my issue was handled quickly.
Augustina has been so responsive and kind throughout the leasing process. She provided a level of care and patience that I’ve not experienced. Thank you!!
