I've made three orders from finestre.com. Only one has been delivered when they told us it would be delivered. Of the two that were late, it was eventually delivered more than a month late, and they were unable for weeks to let us know when it would arrive. They told us at least five different delivery dates, all which were incorrect. They started ignoring our phone calls, and at one point lied about sending an email that they later admitted they never sent. They would promise to call us back, and would never call us back. At one point their support staff hung up on my wife while we were explaining how much of an inconvience it was to live in a house with a 3 meter opening with 2 young children at the beginning of October - we had been waiting to finish the project for a month at that point, and could not organize the worksite. When I asked that she apologize, she said "I will not apologize to anyone, your wife was yelling". My wife was upset, but not yelling. The products are high quality from Germany and Poland and I regret that their Italy office is not better managed.

I have a large villa in Tuscany and after shopping locally for windows, I found the prices very high and the options very limited, then I discovered Finestre.com. They offered an incredible selection of windows in many materials and colors, I checked their ratings and gave them a trial of 4 windows. Wow, they were delivered in a timely manner and the quality far exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to replace the remaining windows. My experience has been great from start to finish!
